SBR analyst Natalie is joined by dispute analyst Justin in today's SBR Industry News video. The pair discuss the recent Bet770 bonus case resolutions, as well as outstanding sportsbook disputes against BetUS, Unibet, YouWin, and BetAtHome. Players with video feedback or commentary should write to VideoNews@SportsbookReview.com.

A BetUS.com (SBR rating D+) player tells SBR he deposited $1,000, received a $300 freeplay, and went on to win three bets, as well as a win with his freeplay. The player increased his balance to $1,680. The next day, BetUS closed the account and returned the player $1,320 via Moneybookers. The player notes that he was not paid out any percentage of winnings of the freeplay, nor was he given the opportunity to complete his rollover.  Check the SBR newswire for more details.

Discussed next in the video is the outstanding Unibet.com (SBR rating B-)  dispute, where a player’s account has been suspended since March. The player tells SBR that he deposited €3,800 during Champions League, making a few successful punts before bringing his balance up to €11,600. He succesfully withdrew €1,500 before Unibet dropped the hammer, citing that an investigation into his account was necessary. The player claims he’s called the sportsbook repeatedly to follow up on this issue. SBR is following up on this dispute.

A YouWin.com (SBR rating C-) player submits an ID dispute. The player has a €711 balance with YouWin and is attempting to order payment. YouWin asked the player to provide ID and proof of address — the player says he did so, but his ID scan was not acceptable. The player states he was asked to take a photo of the ID, which he  claims to have done with his smart-phone. The player states he was then told that YouWin’s policy is that ID pictures must be exactly 500 kilabytes in order to be accepted. The player says he has no idea how to manipulate the size of his ID copy, and claims it is clear and legible. SBR will follow up with YouWin, who has been cooperative on player disputes. Check the SBR newswire for an update.
