BetUS Sportsbook player dispute

Share with:

A BetUS (SBR rating D+) player submits an account dispute. The player deposited $1,000 at the start of April 2012, accepted an unspecified bonus and fulfilled his obligations, increasing his balance to $2,300. The player claims to have phoned BetUS multiple times inquiring on receiving a payout.

The player tells SBR that to date, he has not been paid. The player was told that he would receive a financial instrument via ground mail that would allow him to receive his funds — no such delivery was made. The player has ceased wagering due to being unable to receive a payout. He notes that he has been given conflicting information from BetUS representatives.

On May 12th, SBR reported of a bonus dispute. A player who ran up his balance to $2,000 was alleged to be a non-recreational player; thus, he was no longer permitted to play with BetUS. The player complained to SBR that he was paid only $1,500. SBR followed up with management, who agreed to prorate the player's bonus.

Earlier in the year, another BetUS sportsbook bonus dispute was resolved. A player had $350 credited to his account, after SBR's report on January 2nd. The player was labeled non-recreational and was told bonus winnings needed to be forfeited.
