BetUS player submits payout complaint

A BetUS (SBR rating D+) player requested a $1,935 payout on April 14th. The funds were removed from his account, and the player was led to believe that he would be paid in 7 to 10 business days. After that time-frame passed, the player became nervous and raised a number of inquiries with BetUS. | BetUS payout dispute

BetUS instructed the player to provide a copy of his bank statement to show that no funds were received. At this point, the player filed a sportsbook complaint to inform Sportsbook Review of his payout status. The player reluctantly provided the information after SBR suggested that he oblige the request.



BetUS player: I have not received the deposit. I can no longer access my account online to trace the withdrawal, so I called this morning. I was asked to fax over a bank statement so they can initiate a trace with their processor. I did that and they said they received all 5 pages.

As of May 12th, the player still has not received his funds. BetUS management confirmed to SBR that the player satisfactorily demonstrated that the payout was not made. BetUS is in the process of crediting the withdrawal back to the player's account so that he can proceed with attempting a new withdrawal.
