Betsafe Sportsbook management is now looking into the alleged €22,500 confiscation originally reported by SBR October 26. The player claimed that all of his documents were on file with Betsafe and verified, and that no explanation was given by the sportsbook.

In September of 2012, SBR reported that a Betsafe casino player had his account locked. Two weeks prior to that report, the Betsafe rating was lowered from C+ to C-.

Player reports have generally consisted of lackluster customer service.
