Betsafe player shares account verification feedback
A Betsafe Sportsbook (SBR rating C-) player has filed a complaint with SBR.
The player recently had his Betsafe account suspended with a 1,000 PLN ($268) balance.
He was told that the reason for the account suspension is that the online betting site has been unable to reach him via telephone to verify his account; though he claims this is misleading.
The player has reportedly said he has had no missed calls and that he even offered Betsafe to reach him at an alternate number.
SBR has asked if the player could agree to a window of time for Betsafe to call to sort out this matter.
