BetOnline247 player complaints

Hi I opened an account with Betonline 247 on Jan 14th. I deposited 100 dollars via Mbookers and received 100 dollarss bonus. Since then I have send my ID to validate my account and I have an e-mail from them saying my account is validated. I also have clearly made all the bonus rollover requirements but still won,t let me withdraw any money . I have not recieved any response from them in the last 9 days. As of today my balance is close to 4,500 dollars. I need some help and advice.

I made withdrawal 822eur on Jan 7, 2011. They said that they had established 30-day maximum payout timeframe from request date, but I still didn't get my money. I insist to cashout it immediately.

BetOnline 247's recycled, generic messages to players:

We know and understand your frustration, but be assured that you'll get paid, we always pay our customers, even if it takes 30days but all our customers get paid

We are aware that this is an area we need to improve and we are working on decreasing waiting time and improving our service. We ask for your patience and thank you in advance for your understanding.

We understand your disappointment, it's taken longer than previously stated, all I can do is assure you that you will get paid, accounting is dealing with the delays and trying to catch-up with all pending withdrawals, once again accept our apologies, and we are expecting this issue to be resolved soon. Thanks for your understanding and patience.

BetOnline247 players report slow-pay
On February 7th, SBR reported that four new BetOnline247 payment complaints were filed. To date, BetOnline247 owes 25 players over €20,000.

BetOnline247 lists a 2 to 30 business day time-frame for withdrawals. Players that have waited beyond 30 business day time-frame are asked to submit their sportsbook complaints to SBR. While complaints are welcomed from players who have waited beyond two weeks, BetOnline247 support will point to the 30 day term in the fineprint rather than providing comment to SBR.
