BetMotion Payout Complaint Enters Week 3, says player

A BetMotion Sportsbook (SBR rating C+) player has submitted a payout complaint.

The player has been trying to withdraw $258 for three weeks.

He has submitted all documents requested of him, including a monthly. He provided copies of his correspondence with the online sportsbook, but has yet to be paid.

The sportsbook has only acknowledged the proper department is in receipt of his KYC documents and has been unable to assign a time-frame on when he can expect to receive payment.

Sportsbook Review has followed up with BetMotion to inquire on when the player can expect to receive payment.

BetMotion offers their website in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and operates under a sub-license in Curacao with the trading name Vision Media Service NV. Payment processing is run out of Skyline Entertainment Limited which is a company incorporated in Malta.

BetMotion players who are in need of assistance are asked to submit a sportsbook complaint form.
