BetBoo players receiving poor service

BetBoo (SBR rating D) players submit various complaints. The player complaints range from wrongly settled markets, deposit issues, payout problems, and poor customer support. SBR has been unable to reach a BetBoo representative to discuss the cases. Players are advised to avoid doing business with the sportsbook until its current cases are sorted.

A BetBoo player deposited €40 via Neteller on April 26th. The player states that the funds were debited from his Neteller account, but were never credited by BetBoo. The player tells SBR that fifteen emails were sent to BetBoo attempting to discuss the transaction, but no response was given. In addition, BetBoo has been unreachable via live support.

A player states that a winning wager was settled as no-action. He claims that he made several attempts to contact the sportsbook through available channels — live support, email, but no BetBoo representative has addressed him. The player's wager was on a football market on the 12th of March, between Cercle Brugge and Mons.

A BetBoo player states that he has unsuccessfully attempted to withdraw a €900 balance. The player claims that he has received only generic emails from BetBoo regarding his payment status. The player has not been contacted by any human in BetBoo support.
