BetAtHome Sportsbook player has account closed
A BetAtHome Sportsbook (SBR rating C-) player has submitted a sportsbook dispute. The player claims to have deposited €200 to his account for a 50% bonus which carried a 4X rollover. He began chipping away the turnover requirement, earning €1,100 before requesting his first cash out. His account has since been closed.
BetAtHome allegedly informed the player that he violated their bonus terms and conditions - A charge the player vehemently denies. He was aware of BetAtHome's checkered history as it relates to bonus dealings and made sure that his play was in full compliance with published small-print.
He has claimed that BetAtHome has provided no explanation on which the exact alleged violation was.
SBR has received several BetAtHome complaints in the last year involving some common themes: Players have difficulty receiving payment after accepting a bonus, players have their accounts closed with little or no information, or players receive their deposits credited back to them through their initial funding method but none of their winnings. In most cases, BetAtHome has concluded (without sharing in-depth specifics) that fraud has occurred.
SBR is currently waiting for BetAtHome to comment on this sportsbook dispute.
