Sportsbook Review reported on December 16 that bitcoin gaming site Jetwin went off-line. In a subsequent update on January 23, SBR reported that Jetwin's live casino was operational but that the company was waiting to finalize their relationship with a new feed provider before restoring their sportsbook. Jetwin is now back online.


A Realbet Sportsbook (SBR rating F)  player has filed a payout complaint. The player requested a $2,500 payout in June 2017 and has yet to be paid. The player has only been advised of general processor delays and has not been given a firm date on when he can expect to receive his withdrawal.


A BetCity (SBR rating D) player has filed a sportsbook complaint. The player has claimed that his account was restricted by the online sportsbook after he had made numerous wagers. He provided copies of his ID documents including a selfie but his account remains blocked. SBR has requested comment.

A 1XBet Sportsbook (SBR rating D-) player has filed a complaint. The player had wagered with the sports betting site for a period of two years. He has claimed that €485 in wagers were voided on his Copa Libertadores wagers despite the wagers being placed at fair market odds. SBR has asked 1XBet for comment.
