Three Sportsbook.com (SBR rating C-) customers report they are still waiting nearly 2 months for bank wires. Another Internet1x2 (SBR rating F-) victim reports 9 month no-pay. Betsrus (not rated) cold calling players offering 75% bonuses. Players should be cautious of unknown books calling-for-cash.

Royal Sports continued to tell this vendor for the past 6 months they were unable to make even a partial payment on this important $80,000 debt. Management of Royal promised payment when football started but instead has put the Western Union agent on a payment plan claiming they do not have the liquidity. Royal Sports continues to insist they have money but admit they conduct business in a dishonorable method and are in serious arrears on nearly all accounts.

SBR receiving multiple slow-pay complaints from Ewinner (SBR rating D-) customers. Ewinner ownership has not sent the needed funds to Central Deposits, their new financial processor. Customer service has debited player balances but is not able to give a date on when those funds will be paid.

An excellent move to bring back one of the most talented managers in the industry. Swept out of her position just two weeks ago, BetCorp was heavily lobbied for not only her return but possibly even a promotion to CEO. SBR commends the move and encourages the Board of Directors to appoint Ms. Davis to the position of CEO. Ms Davis is highly respected in the industry and the protégé of WWTS founder Billy Scott.

about the delay to process payouts via Neteller. Hollywood Sportsbook has attested to the fact that their NT account has been empty for over two days. Hollywood says they were forced to restructure their banking procedures when Provident Bank & Trust Of Belize Limited decided to drop all accounts related with the gaming industry, resulting in this Neteller funding delay . All payments via Neteller will be resumed immediately. SBR believes all players should expect a fully funded Neteller account from top rated sportsbooks.

NationalSportsGambling (SBR rating F) stiffing player $10,000 that was won on a future wager, picking the Detroit Pistons to win the NBA title. Months after the NBA season has concluded, the book now claims "the odds to win were too high and we reserve the right to cancel any wager as a bad line". A player from sister site BetOnSportsOnline (SBR rating F) reports being put on payment plans due to insufficient funds.

This scam sportsbook is back - Players beware! Originally downgraded by SBR to an F rating on July 28, 2004 after just 4 weeks in operation. The operation disappeared on August 2nd stiffing all clients.

Dimeplayer (SBR rating D-) makes a midnight move to Panama

Thanks to the investigative work by Jacky of Majorwager.com, it is now known that troubled sportsbook Dimeplayer abruptly closed down in Costa Rica and took flight for Panama. Phones and website are still down. If the unconfirmed reports prove correct, Legendz (SBR rating B-) will be providing management services. This could be a positive move for future Dimeplayer clients. SBR would expect Legendz to publicly accept responsibility for Dimeplayer players escrow.

Management informs SBR website and phones will be down while a server change is made this weekend. Dimeplayer has recently purchased expensive online advertising. In addition, Dimeplayer continues to with hold any proof that the $50,000 they recently confiscated from several players was justified.

New Costa Rican sportsbook, BetCSL (CyberSportsLine) initial rating: D-. Players should be cautious of these under-developed turn-key sportsbooks that frequently pop up before football season. These are often fly-by-night operations with unknown ownership and are not backed by their service providers.

BetRoyal (SBR rating D+) - former CEO claims Royal Sports has

UPDATE: Royal's management suggests the former CEO is pressing and leveraging his own business opportunities none of which has any material effect on the Royal Sports operation.

SBR initiates coverage with a D- rating. Changeabet’s marketing ploy is supposedly to allow players to change a losing bet to the opposite side before the end of the 3rd quarter. However their rules state they have the right to refuse any change. SBR is concerned that there is no method to this marketing gimmick and it is unlikely they will allow bet changes when the value is clearly in the player's favor. Players who think they can actually “change-a-bet” are going to find out too late they bought a pig-in-a-poke

Sportbet (SBR rating C-) player requests payout but instead receives the following:
