Canadian BetMania (SBR rating C-) player confirms payment via Neteller after three weeks. Two others report currently waiting over two weeks for the $2500 maximum allowed.

Neteller PLC Announcement: Neteller to form plan to release funds to U.S. players within 75 days.

The Group is pleased to announce that on 20 March 2007, it signed agreements with the USAO and Navigant which, among other things, outline terms and a timeline under which NETELLER will work toward the orderly distribution of funds to its US customers. Per the agreements, the Group anticipates that within the next 75 days it will announce a plan by which the funds will be distributed to US customers.  Navigant will also provide a report to the USAO on the Group's current financial condition.

The reduced juice sportsbook discontinued service to non-U.S. players months ago but blames difficulties with Neteller, the books only banking option, for current payout issues. According to emails sent to customers, 3Vig does not expect to be able to issue withdrawals for at least one week.

JonWoodGaming website back online

JonWoodGaming (SBR rating F) website back online. The Futurebet partner sportsbook tells SBR they are able to process payouts due to having control of independant reserve funds provided to the turnkey service.

Pointbet off-line

Indonesia-based Pointbet (SBR rating F) off-line; estimated to have stolen millions. was showing as a 'parked' domain yesterday morning, advertising other gambling-related websites. The domain is using a new server and IP address, suggesting the site was manually moved as opposed to experiencing technical issues- a common problem for Pointbet. Pointbet was blacklisted a little over one year ago after SBR confirmed the website was operating illegally from Batam Island. Many of the book's Asian handicap bettors were victims of AsianOdds & Game2bet which also disappeared just over one year ago.

ThePool downgraded from D- to F

No-pay book, ThePool downgraded from D- to F. In the last two months four players report outstanding payout requests totaling over $20,000. In two cases the sportsbook claimed withdrawals were sent before cutting off communication with bettors. ThePool slow-pay complaints come from users waiting as long as eight months.

5Dimes reports Denial of Service Attack

5Dimes (SBR rating A) reports Denial of Service attack. The sportsbook is currently making hardware modifications and acquiring new anti-DOS service to resolve the problem. Management anticipates intermittent downtime over the next 24 hours but expects website issues to be resolved thereafter. 5Dimes is currently offering users alternate website addresses they can use to access their account online. Customers can contact 5Dimes by calling 1-800-305-3517 or via  Live Chat. claims to have obtained new bank wire processing service

Jazette Enterprises Ltd, including (SBR rating D+), (SBR rating D+), PlayersOnly (SBR rating D+) and BetOnUSA (SBR rating D-), tells SBR that they have obtained a new bank wire processing service. Management states that players who have check withdrawals pending may wish to cancel those requests in favor of a wire. Bank wire is the sole option for withdrawals at this time and may take weeks depending on the order the request was received. The company has been pursuing a new check processor since parting with previous service proivders last month and does not presently have the ability to send checks. Some players have been waiting over a month for their funds.

BetMania complaints hit SBR mailbox

BetMania (SBR rating C-): New complaints received from non-US players who are waiting two weeks for Neteller payment. SBR has verified that multiple Canadian users have received payments after waiting in excess of 2 weeks between $2500 Neteller installments. Some non-US players will be forced to wait 3 months to redeem balances under the new payout terms.

JonWoodGaming plans to relaunch website

JonWoodGaming (SBR rating F) now planning to re-launch website tomorrow under Futurebet Gaming. Futurebet sportsbooks, such as SportsbookUSA (SBR rating F), currently owe players who have been waiting over a year for their withdrawal.

JonWoodGaming off-line

JonWoodGaming (SBR rating F) off-line; blames problems with turnkey service provider, Interactive Gaming Systems (IGS). JonWood states they will be back online tomorrow with a new provider and players will be able to log in and see their balances. The site has been down for at least four days.

Bet365 cancels winning in-play bet


Bet365 (SBR Rating A-) cancels "In-Play" winning bet. Bet365 states that due to a television broadcast delay, they mistakenly offered the wager for an excessive period of time. This is the third complaint against Bet365 Live Betting in as many months. SBR to contact bookmaker on player’s behalf.

Player: I contacted other bookmakers to see what time they have for 5th goal in that match, and I got replay from onother UK bookmakers that they were suspend the market at 16:09:59 . I am sure they are using same global time server as all other bookmakers. My bet is placed at 16:09:54 and when you add web delay their web site have , there is no way I placed late bet.

ClicknGamble & JustForBettors enter the SBR Rating Guide at D-. Both books are operated by Capilleira’s turnkey service. BetCSL (SBR rating F) and DragonWager (SBR rating F) also utilized the same operation. Both have stiffed players in the past six months. DragonWager is now off-line.
