Stryyke slow-pays another winner


A Stryyke (SBR rating D-) slow-pay complaint has been reported to SBR. On April 15th a player requested a withdrawal of €561 to Moneybookers, and has yet to receive payment. The player states all required ID documents are on file with Stryyke. Stryyke players have now submitted 29 slow-pay complaints for a total of €26,749.85.

BetOnline247 refunds deposits of winning players and fails to pay funds


BetOnline247 (SBR rating D-) has refunded a third player's deposit following a payout request. On December 5th a player requested a withdrawal of $508 and was instead credited back only $101 (the amount of his deposit). Following this time BetOnline247 has ignored all of the player's inquiries. This is the third instance of BetOnline247 sportsbook refunding the deposits of winning players and failing to payout their funds. BetOnline247 is operated on the Golden Star Gaming platform. SBR is following up with the software provider to confirm their business relationship with BetOnline247. BetOnline247 has ignored all SBR inquiries, and does not list a public phone number.

CreditWagering slow-pays update


A CreditWagering (SBR rating D-) slow-pay has been received.  On April 7th a player requested a $400 withdrawal. This is the 5th slow-pay complaint submitted by CreditWagering players. CreditWagering owes those players $4900, with the earliest payment request made on January 9th. CreditWagering has claimed to SBR that two of the players would be paid next week.

WSEX - player owed $180 for 3 months


A WSEX (SBR rating C-) slow-pay complaint has been reported. A player requested a $180 withdrawal on February 18th, and has yet to receive his funds or an accurate time-line of when to expect his payment from WSEX. WSEX currently owes 33 players that have filed slow-pay complaints $184,284. The oldest payment request was made in October of 2009.

Stryyke slow-pay #28 reaches SBR mailbox


Stryyke (SBR rating D-) slow-pay number 28 has reached the SBR mailbox. SBR has published multiple slow-pay complaints against Stryyke that have been submitted by players.  In this latest complaint, a Stryyke player requested €675 on March 31st, and €947.35 on May 4th. In an e-mail response to the player touching on the payment delay, Stryyke claimed that they are required to perform a "KYC" procedure - an acronym Stryyke uses to refer to verifying the player's identity. While most sportsbooks are able to match a name from a drivers license to that registered in the player's betting account in as little as one business day, Stryyke has taken upward of several months in multiple cases reported to SBR. Bet911 increases bonuses for deposits on money players will never see


Bet911 (SBR rating F) is still taking deposits a week after admitting on SBRforum that it could no longer afford to pay players, and that the sportsbook was looking for a buyer to take on its debt. A BetSportsWeb (SBR rating D) player owed $11,352 is on a payment plan. The player reported receiving $500 today. SBR asked BetSportsWeb as to whether or not there is the possibility the player could receive his full balance in less than 23 months, but to date no response has been given.

CreditWagering player reports a $400 slow-pay


A CreditWagering (SBR rating D-) player has reported a slow-pay for $400. This is the fourth player that has written in to SBR for sportsbook dispute assistance. Four players are owed $4500; with the oldest payment requested on January 9th of 2010. SBR will update this report.

I have been on live-chat every week and constantly told the same thing...processors are down BUT I did speak to a representative before that told me Western Union was an option so why not send it to me WU? I sent an email to their cashier with that info but no response. I fear the constant questioning will cause them to close my account or not pay. Any help would be appreciated. My pending amount to withdrawal is 400.00 and terribly enough, I could make another request for another 400. My balance is +$800.

BetSportsWeb player being slow-paid for $170


A BetSportsWeb (SBR rating D) player has filed a sportsbook complaint. The player requested a withdrawal of $170 on April 19th and has yet to receive his funds. SBR is investigating the complaint.

on April 19th I have requested a withdrawal of 170 $. The amount still shows as pending. Several times I tried to contact them, the live-chat is always offline, if if you leave a message you get no response. Also if you write to other emails adresses like directly to general support or to the cashier, no response. I told them today that I make a complaint via SBR

WillHill player reports software error transferring to casino


Editor's update: This matter was resolved.

A WillHill (SBR rating A) player has reported that after executing a transfer of £465 from his sportsbook balance into the WillHill instant casino, his casino balance never credited the funds. The player made the transfer on March 29th and has been unable to get the matter resolved with WillHill customer service. SBR is now contacting WillHill on his behalf.

WSEX debt to 35 players - $184,104


Five new WSEX (SBR rating C-) slow-pay complaints have been received. Five players are being slow-paid $20,473, the oldest payout request was made on February 23rd. This increases the WSEX player debt to $184,104; according to the other 32 slow-pay complaints recorded against WSEX.

WSEX player:

Requested cashouts of $3,000 on 3/31/10, 4/2/10, and 4/5/10 via courier check withdrawal. Have yet to receive a tracking number or a check, and am given the runaround by customer service about the "processors" being slow and there is nothing they can do. I have been a longtime customer and am used to payouts taking I am at a month+ and still nothing. Not a good way to keep any customers.

BetOnline247 stalls another player payout


BetOnline247 (unrated) receives another payment complaint. A player requested a $600 withdrawal on February 6th and has yet to receive his funds. The player has stated that multiple e-mails sent to BetOnline247 management have went unanswered. SBR has received two previous payment complaints against BetOnline247 - two players reported having their deposits refunded after making payment requests. BetOnline247 is considered a high-risk sportsbook and should be avoided by players.

CreditWagering payment delays effect players


CreditWagering (SBR rating D-) players have written to SBR for dispute assistance. Three players are being slow-paid a combined $4100 with the earliest payment requested on January 9th 2010. SBR is discussing the complaints with CreditWagering.

CreditWagering player:

I have a balance of $6,059.85 at Creditwagering. I requested a check payout for $3k on January 19th, 2010. I have not received any payment since then. They have blamed it on processor problems, and promised me
 a free MG payout for around $800. But that has not materialized. I have always paid them on time. I have received several payments from them in the past on debit cards or MG. This near three months delay has been the longest. Thank you very much for your help.

MyBet voids player winnings due to alleged country restriction


A MyBet (unrated) player deposited €300 in April of 2010 and received a bonus of €50.The player increased his balance to €647 before requesting a withdrawal. At this point MyBet confiscated voided €347 in winnings and refunded only the player's €300 deposit. The player signed up from Belarus, which is allegedly on MyBet's list of countries not to accept player's from. After reviewing the MyBet terms and conditions, no such mention of a ban on Belarusia players exists in the "Specific Terms and Conditions for Sportsbetting" section. SBR is following up with MyBet.


BetAfterBet (SBR rating F) has paid a player €400 of his €533 balance. The player requested payment August 24th 2009. BetAfterBet went off-line on March 3rd 2010; 51 SBR readers reported over €40,000 owed by BetAfterBet at the time. The player accepted the settlement and considers his dispute closed. BetAfterBet paying only 75% of a small sum after 9 months gives fellow slow-paid players little reason to be optimistic.

Stryyke uses technicality rule to void winnings


Stryyke (SBR rating D-) has voided €940 in winnings from a player  that requested a payout prior to completing his bonus rollover. Stryyke has yet to explain in detail its policy for deciding what funds come from the bonus and what winnings are won with deposited funds. The sportsbook issued the following statement to SBR today:


For your information, terms 5.1.h. “In case the user does not fulfill one of the bonus requirements or requests a pay-out before fulfilling the requirements the bonus and related winnings are forfeit and will be deducted from the players account”. The credit balance has been paid out today to (the player's) bank account.

Casineto slow-pays update: $6637 owed to 15 players


Four new Casineto (SBR rating D-) slow-pay complaints have been filed. In SBR's last Casineto update, the sportsbook claimed that the 11 players who filled out sportsbook complaint forms could expect to receive payment by May 25th. Since that report, 4 new payment complaints have been submitted to SBR. Casineto's debt to 15 players is now $6637; with the oldest payment requested in May of 2009.

The bookmaker seems do not like to payout my winnings (1025 USD) I asked the payout on 04.04.2010 23:18 by moneybookers. And they show me big letters:secured and fast deposits, guaranteed payouts within 48 hours. I wrote 4 e-mail to them: when will I receive my payout, why is the delay, they answered me that they work so hard, and it will done as soon as possible...etc. They do not asked for me documents, but I send them after two weeks they do not payed, but they do not answer or comment it. Mansion88 limits player with £5000 rollover to to £5 max bets


Mansion88 (unrated) has limited a player with 5000 in rollover to fill to 5 maximum wagers. The player's balance is 1800. SBR is following up with Mansion88.

Mansion88 Player:

Mansion88 have limited my account to £5 max wager and I have a rollover of over £5000 on the account. This means I have to place over 1000 wagers of £5 before I can withdraw. They ignored my e-mail and live chat is very unhelpful.

Please can you help me - I've got £1800 sitting doing nothing there since I can't withdraw. I want them to either remove the bonus and payout the rest of my funds or increase the limits back to £100 max wager

BetSportsWeb fails to offer proof in payout dispute


On April 20th, SBR published an update report to a BetSportsWeb slow-pay complaint. BetSportsWeb (SBR rating D+) disputed the sportsbook complaint filed on April 8th by stating that  the player failed to provide ID documentation. SBR requested that BetSportsWeb provide proof that such documentation was requested of the player. BetSportsWeb failed to provide any e-mail requests to the player; the only e-mails sent were dated after the complaint was reported by SBR. BetSportsWeb also claimed the player was made aware of the documents required in a telephone call, but there has been no recording made available to SBR. The player denies he was ever informed of the documentation request and has maintained his willingness to provide anything required.

A second player has written in to SBR with a slow-pay complaint against BetSportsWeb. On February 10th he deposited $500 in exchange for a 125% sportsbook bonus with a 15X rollover. He increased his balance to $12,353 before beginning to request weekly payouts in March. The player has received only one payout to date - $500 on March 19th. SBR is following up on the complaint with BetSportsWeb.

PaddyPower closes two accounts near completion of free bet rollover


PaddyPower (SBR rating B+) has received two more complaints from players that opened accounts for the £1000 free bet promotion for Cheltenham racing. SBR last reported on a bonus complaint for this same promotion on April 27th, which was later addressed by PaddyPower. Player 1 completed 9 of the 10 required wagers for the promotion, player 2 completed 8 of 10 before PaddyPower closed the accounts. Both players would have been entitled to a  £1000 free bet had they been permitted to place a 10th wager. SBR is discussing the dispute with PaddyPower.

Betfair confiscates two players balances


Two unrelated Betfair (SBR rating A+) players have written SBR for dispute assistance. Each player had their balances confiscated by Betfair for what was alleged to be fraudulent activity. The first player opened his account in late April, depositing $100 before increasing his balance to $450. Upon requesting a payout, Betfair confiscated his $550 balance. The second player deposited $240 in mid-April and increased his balance to $1400. After the player successfully withdrew $590 from Betfair, his remaining balance of $1050 was confiscated. SBR is discussing both cases with Betfair.
