1XBet voids winning hockey bets & honors losers, says player

A 1XBet Sportsbook player has filed a wagering complaint.

The player has accused the betting site of unjustly voiding two of his in-play winning hockey bets, while honoring other losing wagers on the game.

1XBet cited a section of their terms and conditions allowing the bookmaker to cancel bets placed when the outcome is already known.

The player argued this saying that that his winning bets were voided while his losing bets were honored. He denied having an unfair advantage.

1XBet Sportsbook rule: "A bet is to be cancelled in case a bet was made on known outcome (an event has happened but result haven't updated in the system). "

Sportsbook Review has asked the online sports betting website for comment on the situation.

1XBet players in need of assistance are encouraged to submit a sportsbook complaint form.

1XBet was removed from the worst sportsbook blacklist in November of 2015 after reversing course on a handful of player complaints where SBR deemed players to have been treated unfairly.
