1XBet Sportsbook Player Has €12,696 Balance in Limbo
A 1XBet Sportsbook (SBR rating D-) player has filed a payout complaint.
The player deposited €8,000 on January 27 and made a few wagers on a local hockey league, bringing his account balance up to €12,692.
At this point, the player decided to withdraw his profit and had his account automatically blocked.
The player was told he had to undergo the verification process, although he's had his sports betting account with 1XBet for over three years and had previously been verified. He was asked to provide a screen capture of his Neteller account showing every transaction registered with the company, but because his transaction history is only archived for up to a year with Neteller, he has been unable to show proof of the deposit made via Neteller in 2015.
Sportsbook Review has asked 1XBet to clarify their position on the complaint, as if there is no dispute that the most recent deposit was made through the same Neteller account the player showed proof of his January 2017 deposit of then there should be no cause for a delay in the payment of his funds.
