1XBet Sportsbook KYC complaint

A 1XBet Sportsbook (SBR rating D) player has submitted a complaint on the betting site's Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

The player claimed that since he registered to his account, his initial form of ID supplied to the betting site via a scan after registering his account expired and he replaced the ID, but the betting site wants to see a copy of the ID he no longer has.

The player has maintained that his replacement ID is the same except with a new registration date, but the complaint remains at a standstill.

SBR has suggested the player get a letter from a public notary.
