A 1XBet Sportsbook (SBR rating D-) player has filed an account complaint.

The player has claimed that he asked for a payment equivalent to €2,500 on November 24, 2016. The withdrawal request was denied by 1XBet.

The player has said that he has provided all requested documents to pass the sportsbook's KYC process, including scanned copies of his national ID card and passport.

At this point, his account was disabled by 1XBet and the remaining balance which included €6500 was confiscated with his balance changed to 0. The sportsbook informed the player that all of his winning wagers were voided. The sportsbook cited a policy that gives it the right to delete wagers that are determined to be "odds mismatches". The player denies having taken advantage of bad lines.

Sportsbook Review has asked the player for a list of wagers and has asked 1XBet Sportsbook for comment.
