Betway (SBR rating D-) has confiscated £380 in player winnings. The Malta-based sportsbook has not slowed in its enforcement of the bonus rule that allows winnings to be removed from player's accounts. The player deposited £25 in exchange for a matching bonus; he was told only of a ten-time rollover requirement.

A DoxxBet (SBR rating C+) player submits a payout dispute. The player deposited €2,000 with DoxxBet, turning a profit of €140. The player provided a copy of his ID and utility bill. The player tells SBR that he had to provide the documents five times before they were accepted by the sportsbook.

A Sportsbook.com US (SBR rating D-) player submits a payment complaint. On April 16th, 2012, the player requested to be paid $2,500 through a banking method. The player states that he was informed after two weeks his withdrawal was processed, but to date has not received his funds. Sportsbook.com (ag) has reportedly not provided an update to the player on his withdrawal status. SBR is following up.

A Sportsbetting.ag (SBR rating D) player submits a payment complaint. The player tells SBR that he deposited $2,000 to the sportsbook in the last 18 months. He made his first cashout request on March 23rd for $1,290. The player has still not received his funds, and has been given generic updates from the sportsbook.

Voting on New Jersey's online gambling bill (AB2578) has been postponed until the fall. SBR interviewed NJ State Senator Raymond Lesniak last week to discuss his expectations for sports betting and online gambling within the Garden State. The Senator did concede that there could be a delay based on Governor Chris Christie's agenda.

A Bet770 (SBR rating C-) player submits a payment complaint. The player states that payment for £293 was requested on May 20th via Moneybookers. Bet770 has not yet processed the player's withdrawal. Bet770 is typically responsive to SBR inquiries, though no explanation has been provided on the few reported eWallet delays.

Betway (SBR rating D-) has confiscated £730 in player winnings. Betway is enforcing an unethical "gotcha" rule to strip players of their winnings. The Malta-licenced organisation has fleeced players out of £7,244 to date. The Lotteries and Gaming Authority (LGA) of Malta has notoriously stood back whilst operators conned players. Betway is on SBR's sportsbook blacklist.

In today's video, an update is given on California gambling legislation, Illinois lottery news, as well as the Spanish market licencing — Bwin Party, 888, Bet365, mybet and Sportingbet are the first operators in line. The Spanish market is set to open up officially on Tuesday, June 5th.

A 21KBet (SBR rating F) player submits a payment complaint. The player states that he deposited €800 in December 2011 via Paypal. The player increased his balance to €914, before asking for a payout in January 2012. 21KBet has not answered any of the player's requests to receive payment. 21KBet is on the scam sportsbook blacklist.

Six Sportsbetting.ag (SBR rating D) players report payment. SBR has contacted each of the remaining 18 players to confirm if their payments are still outstanding. The players reported receiving $24,500. Sportsbetting.ag recently had its rating lowered from D+ to D after the complaints racked up.

New Jersey State Senator Raymond Lesniak joins SBR again via telephone to discuss his plans to challenge federal law by offering sports betting in Atlantic City casinos. Also discussed is proposed legislation which aims to make online gambling legal within the confines of licensed gaming establishments.

SportsBettingOnline is apparently attempting to poach players from other sportsbooks. Three players have reported that SportsBettingOnline has called them saying an account for them was set up at SportsBettingOnline.ag using the details the player initially entered when joining a top rated sportsbook.

The Spanish gambling market opening has been delayed until June 5th. EGR reported that the Directorate for the Regulation of Gambling made the schedule change to give operators time to register a technical point of contact in the Spanish regulator's database.

24SportsWeb (SBR rating C-) has been battling a distributed denial of service attack for the last week. SBR spoke with an InstantActionSports (SBR rating C-) manager who confirmed that 24SportsWeb expects to be back online soon, and that the company has made a mirror site available to players.

Matchbook (SBR rating B+) announces the launch of their mobile platform. A representative for the popular betting exchange posted on SBR Forum this morning to invite beta testing from users, stating that those who email the best feedback (mobile@matchbook.com) will have a chance at winning one of ten $50 free bets.

BetBoo (SBR rating D) players submit various complaints. The player complaints range from wrongly settled markets, deposit issues, payout problems, and poor customer support. SBR has been unable to reach a BetBoo representative to discuss the cases. Players are advised to avoid doing business with the sportsbook until its current cases are sorted.

Will Hill Sportsbook (SBR rating A) is no longer servicing new Australian customers. An email was sent to players this morning informing them of the operational change. SBR followed up with WillHill management, who provided comment on the decision. Australian players are asked to request withdrawals from the cashier.

UPDATED: The dispute has been resolved. Management confirms the grading was subject to a third-party provider error.

A StarLottoSport (unrated) player submits a tennis betting dispute. The player states a wager on Arnaud Clement vs Alex Bogomolov was graded as no-action. Bogomolov was injured during play and retired from the match, thus the final scoreline was Clement 6-2, 3-6, 4-6, 7-6, 5-4. SBR is investigating the complaint.

A Bet770 (SBR rating C-) player submits a bonus complaint. The player's betting limit has been slashed to £3, despite a current bonus obligation for £1,000. The player has been unable to resolve the issue by communicating with Bet770 support. SBR is investigating this claim and will be updating this report.

24SportsWeb (SBR rating C-) is currently off-line. A player wrote to SBR with a payment complaint, stating that a $5,000 payment remains outstanding since the last week of April. The player points out that 24SportsWeb has been down for the last 48 hours, and has not given word on his payment status. The player holds a $21,000 balance with the sportsbook. SBR will update this report.

SBR interviewed Sportsbettingonline manager Dave Johnson, former CEO of WagerWeb (SBR rating D-), on the company's business model and future plans. Sportsbettingonline is based in San Jose, Costa Rica. The company took its first sports wager on April 1st, 2012.
