Skrill has agreed to acquire Austrian company Paysafecard.com in what is a record €140 million purchase for the company also known as Moneybookers. A BetClic (SBR rating D+) player tells SBR that he opened an account last February, eventually increasing his balance to €990 before having his account suspended. The player states he was told there were security issues concerning his account, but that he is unsure what he must do to remedy the situation. SBR is following up on this user's sportsbook complaint.

A BetAtHome (SBR rating C-) player submits an account dispute. The player tells SBR that during the start of the EURO 2012, he deposited £300 in exchange for a bonus of £300. The player completed his wagering requirements, increasing his balance to £2,500. After the player produced ID and ordered a payout, BetAtHome noted that his account was in violation of their T&C.

BetOnline (SBR rating B+) has acquired majority ownership of Sportsbetting.ag (SBR rating D). BetOnline management tells SBR that with the move will come significant upgrades for Sportsbetting.ag players — better bonuses, software, and payout reliability. SBR is assembling a list of outstanding complaints against the SB.ag brand for new management to address.

Pinnacle Sports (SBR rating A+) has launched a Czech language version of their website. The enhancement is one of many Pinnacle has made to the ASI software platform.Management tells SBR that the move acommodates a growing number of Czech players. SBR's high-definition video review and tour of the Pinnacle Sports platform is now live.

Today's video focuses on the recent news out of Las Vegas with respect to interactive gaming licenses, as well as WillHill's gaming license. The report also covers Delaware internet gambling news: House Bill 333, the Delaware Gaming Competitiveness Act of 2012 is scheduled for a full senate vote next week.

Intertops (SBR rating B+) is no longer accepting new player registrations from the US. SBR noted the account change in the Sportsbook Industry forum on June 20th. SBR has since spoken with management, who state the change is effective immediately and does not affect existing account-holders. Dormant accounts in good standing are able to continue using Intertops Sportsbook.

Earlier today, SBR reported that the Nevada Gaming Commission was set to meet at 10AM local time to go over interactive gaming license applications in Nevada; which would permit licensed operators to provide interactive gaming services, including online poker within Nevada. Bally Technologies Inc. has been given the first such license.

A DDOS attack involves a remote server or web host being overwhelmed with a flood of requests, intended to take the target machine offline. 1Vice asks players to contact them via telephone at 1-877-386-0180 to be given the backup site.

UPDATE: 3:25 PM ET, The sportsbook is back online. SportsInteraction (SBR rating B+) is currently off-line for maintenance. SIA management tells SBR that one more hour of downtime is expected while hardware changes are made. Management apologizes to users for the temporary off-line time. SBR will update this report as the sportsbook comes back online.

MVPAction (SBR rating D+) is a new post-up brand targeting the US market. The sportsbook operates out of San Jose, Costa Rica. MVPAction is refusing comment to SBR on details concerning their operation. SBR has verified that MVPAction is registered to Capilleira: a host for past fly-by-night operations on the sportsbook blacklist.

A BetAtHome (SBR rating C-) player submits a payment complaint. The player tells SBR that his account has been locked with a €200 balance. The player has reportedly received no word from BetAtHome on his account status. The player provided no details of his account or deposit history, or what circumstances might have contributed to the account closure. SBR is following up.

He deposited $1,000 in April 2012, and later increased his balance to $2,300 after completing rollover requirements. The player shared the good news via a post in the SBR Sportsbook & Industry section.

A new Bet770 (SBR rating C-) player writes in with a bonus complaint. The player is attempting to use his account to bet on the Euro 2012, but states that he has been given extremely low limits. The player notes that he is being forced to bet at limits lower than $1, or give up his bonus cash. Bet770 is currently unwilling to budge on their non-industry standard enforcement of bonus policy.

A YouWin (SBR rating C-) player claims that €104 was confiscated from his account. The player states that he made two small deposits to YouWin to take advantage of Euro 2012 promotions. SBR spoke with Betmaker.ag management, who expect that the exchange will be back online by this afternoon. In the meantime, players are able to call customer service or access support through live chat.

A Sportsbook.com US (SBR rating D-) player submits a payment complaint. According to the player, two withdrawals were requested on April 6th, 2012 for $1,750. After eight weeks of receiving generic updates, the player states that Sportsbook.com credited back the funds due to processing error. He requested a new payout June 1st.
