BetBoo (SBR rating D) players submit various complaints. The player complaints range from wrongly settled markets, deposit issues, payout problems, and poor customer support. SBR has been unable to reach a BetBoo representative to discuss the cases. Players are advised to avoid doing business with the sportsbook until its current cases are sorted.

Will Hill Sportsbook (SBR rating A) is no longer servicing new Australian customers. An email was sent to players this morning informing them of the operational change. SBR followed up with WillHill management, who provided comment on the decision. Australian players are asked to request withdrawals from the cashier.

UPDATED: The dispute has been resolved. Management confirms the grading was subject to a third-party provider error.

A StarLottoSport (unrated) player submits a tennis betting dispute. The player states a wager on Arnaud Clement vs Alex Bogomolov was graded as no-action. Bogomolov was injured during play and retired from the match, thus the final scoreline was Clement 6-2, 3-6, 4-6, 7-6, 5-4. SBR is investigating the complaint.

A Bet770 (SBR rating C-) player submits a bonus complaint. The player's betting limit has been slashed to £3, despite a current bonus obligation for £1,000. The player has been unable to resolve the issue by communicating with Bet770 support. SBR is investigating this claim and will be updating this report.

24SportsWeb (SBR rating C-) is currently off-line. A player wrote to SBR with a payment complaint, stating that a $5,000 payment remains outstanding since the last week of April. The player points out that 24SportsWeb has been down for the last 48 hours, and has not given word on his payment status. The player holds a $21,000 balance with the sportsbook. SBR will update this report.

Sportsbettingonline has been initiated with a sportsbook rating of C-. SBR interviewed Sportsbettingonline manager Dave Johnson, former CEO of WagerWeb (SBR rating D-), on the company's business model and future plans. Sportsbettingonline is based in San Jose, Costa Rica. The company took its first sports wager on April 1st, 2012.

The Governor addressed his plans to proceed with sports betting — even in the face of potential legal opposition.

Betfair (SBR rating A-) has hired MetricStream, a company which specialises in enterprise-wide Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) and data management to support its IT, risk, assurance, and policy management. The company will help streamline Betfair's compliance using the latest data security standards. Betfair reportedly processes over five million transactions a day.

Betway (SBR rating D-) has honoured their promotion in the Champions League dispute reported by SBR. A Betway player told SBR that the sportsbook ran a special whereby if Chelsea striker Didier Drogba recorded a goal, all losing prop wagers on first/last goal-scorer markets, as well as correct score bets would be refunded.

Update 3/18/2013: Pinnacle Sports has decided to withdraw their license from the AGCC.

On May 21st, SBR reported that Pinnacle Sports (SBR rating A+) was awarded a full, Category 1 B2C e-Gambling licence from the Alderney Gambling Control Commission. SBR has exclusively obtained a press release scheduled for distribution tomorrow morning with more details surrounding the licence.

Australian gamblers could be live betting in the next 12 months, according to a report published today by the Herald Sun. Industry insiders believe that allowing in-play wagering online could provide $300M a year for the country; a marked increase over current revenue generated through telephone and brick & mortar establishments.

Legends Sportsbook (SBR rating A+) tells SBR that recent downtime has been attributable to system upgrades aimed at improving their backend. Legends does not expect there to be noticeable maintenance again until July 10th, 2012. Players are always free to place wagers via telephone during system upgrades.

Online gaming businesses Bwin, Bet365, Tipico, and BetAtHome are the latest companies to be licenced in Schleswig-Holstein. The sports betting licence is valid for six years. On May 5th, SBR reported on the first three companies to be licenced in Schlewswig-Holstein; Jaxx (myBet), Betfair, and Nordwest Lotto.

A Sportsbook.com US (SBR rating D-) player submits a payment complaint. The player states that an $1,100 payment was requested on April 18th, 2012. The time-frame for the payment was 15 to 20 business days. After waiting for 7 business beyond the payment table, the player followed up with Sportsbook.com (ag) who was unable to provide a concrete update. SBR will update this report.

On May 20th, SBR reported on two TheGreek (SBR rating A+) Champions League wagering disputes. Two players stated that their wagers were on Bayern Munich PK for regulation time, but that the wagers were graded as a loss. SBR followed up with TheGreek, who stated that the wagering header for the bets included overtime. After reviewing the player's wagering tickets, TheGreek corrected the wagers.

Pinnacle Sports (SBR rating A+) has been awarded a full Alderney e-Gambling licence. The Alderney Gambling Control Commission's category 1 licence was finalised on Monday, May 21st, 2012. Pinnacle Sports is also licenced by the Curacao government. Management tells SBR that a full press release highlighting the licence is being prepared and expected later in the week.

Bovada Sportsbook (SBR rating A) processing time has been extended to an average of 30 business days in some cases. Management tells SBR it expects processing time to be shortened and back to the regular time-frame soon. SBR will update this report once the average payout time-frame has returned to normal.

On May 18th, SBR reported that a player claimed his 10Bet account was suspended with a €7,000 balance. The player states that he provided all documents requested of him, including bank statements and an ID card, and that 10Bet.com (SBR rating C) was not immediately responsive. SBR followed up with 10Bet management, who completed their KYC screening of the player and reopened his account.

Two TheGreek (SBR rating A+) players have submitted wagering complaints involving the Champions League final played on Saturday May 19th, 2012 between Chelsea and Bayern Munich. The unrelated players have the same complaint - their wagers on Bayern Munich PK for regulation time were graded as a loss.

DoxxBet has been upgraded to C+. SBR has received mostly positive feedback from users on the Malta based organisation. The sportsbook tells SBR that it recently launched a mobile platform, and has aimed to increase their live betting markets each month. Betway (SBR rating D-) complaint #8 has been filed. A player had £464.50 in winnings confiscated after making a withdrawal request. The player's only violation was to wager in excess of 30% of his bonus amount. Betway is using the bizarre rule to justify confiscating winnings from players. The player was refunded his deposits.
