A TitanBet Sportsbook (SBR rating C-) player submits a live betting dispute. The player claims that he placed a wager on Sweden-England on 11/14/2012 on the Over 4.5 goals at 2-2, prior to a free kick was awarded where the odds shifted from 2.88 to 3. The player claims that after the event was finished, TitanBet voided his wager. SBR is following up on this dispute.

UPDATE 6:46PM CST, Site back online. The 5Dimes Sportsbook (SBR rating A+) website is currently inaccessible while technical changes are made. Players can log in with their 5Dimes username and password to sister-site SportBet.com as normal. Players are also able to enter bets via telephone. On November 12th, SBR reported that a Unibet Sportsbook player had €10,000 confiscated. Unibet only acknowledged the player by quoting a section of their terms and conditions which specifically authorise the act of closing a player's account and providing no explanation whatsoever.

Pinnacle Sportsbook (SBR rating A+) has announced that as of November 19th, 2012, all IP addresses resolving to the United States will be blocked from accessing their website. In a statement released to their players, Pinnacle expanded on the decision. SBR is following up with Pinnacle management for additional information.

Racebets.com has addressed the player dispute published by SBR on November 8th. In that report, a player claimed he deposited €2,000, received a 20% bonus and was eventually limited to €1 stakes. Racebets management told SBR the player did not attempt a payout request, clarifying that his bonus would be prorated and all winnings paid as normal.

The player states that no specific reason was given the sportsbook for the funds confiscation, save from an excerpt of their terms and conditions which allow the company to close an account "without any explanation whatsoever".

A VivaroBet Sportsbook (unrated) player submits an account complaint. The player claims that approximately €2,000 was confiscated by VivaroBet when the sportsbook closed his account. The player claimed that after following up, he was told the decision was made by the risk management department.

Globet players have reported of poor customer service, though the sportsbook has addressed claims with SBR. SBR is following up and will update as this player receives payment.

A Racebets.com (unrated) player files a dispute. The player deposited €2,000 to Racebets after being emailed with a 20% deposit promotion. After receiving the bonus, he began wagering and eventually cleared through all but €1,000 of the turnover requirement. Racebets then lowered his bet size to €1.

Arkadiabet Sportsbook (unrated) is using a 'gotcha' rule to confiscate player winnings and bonus cash. A player wrote to SBR indicating that after requesting a withdrawal of € 400, Arkadiabet messaged him that his funds were confiscated due to violation of an unusual rule seemingly designed to cheat players.

The sportsbook was initially downgraded after a representative of the brand attempted to poach players from other sportsbooks. SBR spoke with the SBO manager, who agreed to review the calls and dismiss the employee. Since that time, SBO has received favorable player reviews and has not been the subject of any significant issue. The SBO rating has been increased from D+ to C-.

On October 29th, 2012, SBR reported that Sportsbook.com (SBR rating D-) disabled a player's account. The player claimed that a $30 balance was removed without word. SBR followed up with management and verified that the player's account was closed as he registered from a barred state, and that his balance contained only $4 in bonus cash. SBR considers this dispute closed.
