Legends (SBR rating A+) will be off-line from approximately 11PM to 3AM ET on July 10th. Management tells SBR that the server maintenance is being done on a night with less sports activity, given that the MLB slate is paused for the completion of the 2012 All Stars game. Legends phone support will be available as normal at 8AM ET after the maintenance.

A PlayersOnly.ag (SBR rating D-) player submits a payment complaint. The player requested a $10,000 payment on April 18th, 2012. The player states he was told the funds were sent to the processor on May 31st, but to date no payment has been made. The player notes that a trace has been requested on his payout, but that it may take an additional eight weeks to resolve.

A Bet770 (SBR rating C-) player files an account complaint. The player states he opened his account, wagered £140 on a 6-to-1 underdog, which should have increased his balance to £980. The player claims that Bet770 refused to settle the market and claimed his stake would be returned. The player claims the bet was never cancelled, and he was never paid.

A LegendSportsbook (SBR rating D+) player has filed an SBR complaint. The player was solicited via telephone by a sales agent of LegendSportsbook, however the player was led to believe he would be depositing with A+ rated Legends. LegendSportsbook is actually a skin of RDG Corp. books, which power Bet33 and AmericasBookie among others.

A BetAtHome (SBR rating C-) player accused of operating multiple accounts has had £2,800 confiscated. BetAtHome alleges the player has opened five accounts to take advantage of a Euro 2012 signup bonus incentive. The player concedes that two family members have opened accounts with BetAtHome.

A Betoto (SBR rating C+) player files a sportsbook complaint. The player tells SBR that he requested payment one week ago for $5,000. Betoto reportedly suspended the player's account—which he has held for years in good standing—asking for proof of ID. The player reports that he already provided his documents when creating his account, but obliged the request.

A BetUS (SBR rating D+) player has filed an SBR complaint. The player states that he deposited $1,000, received a $300 freeplay and proceeded to place four winning bets, including winning his freeplay. The player's balance was increased to $1,680. After one day, BetUS closed the player's account stating he was not a "leisure" gambler.

A YouWin (SBR rating C-) player submits an account dispute. The player tells SBR that he has a balance of €711 that he is unable to withdraw. The player reports that YouWin is not accepting his scans nor his photograph of his ID, stating that the size of the ID file must be equal to or greater than 500KB. The player states his ID copy is legible.

SBR has reported on several Bet770 (SBR rating C-) bonus complaints in the last month. Bet770 players complained of signing up, accepting a bonus, and being given relatively paltry limits and not being extended the option to cash out a prorated portion of the bonus. SBR continued to discuss the outstanding claims with management and made a major breakthrough.

A Unibet (SBR rating B-) player submits an account dispute. The player deposited €3,800 on March 6th-7th, wagering on Champions League matches. The player's first two punts were successful, bringing his account balance up to €11,600. The player went on to successfully order payment of €1,500 via Moneybookers. Unibet later suspended the player's account.

SBR provides a video tour of the WillHill sportsbook software. In the video review, navigating the website, making wagers, accessing the cashier and using WillHill's custom widgets is covered. WillHill recently made a major news ripple by being granted a full Nevada gaming operator license, completing the acquisitions of three land-based companies proposed in 2011.

Delaware Governor Jack Markell has signed his state's place in history, by making Delaware the second state in US history to legalise online gambling. Delaware will be offering video poker, keno, and other table games. Nevada made history last week by being the first state to legalise online poker.

Skrill has agreed to acquire Austrian company Paysafecard.com in what is a record €140 million purchase for the company also known as Moneybookers. A BetClic (SBR rating D+) player tells SBR that he opened an account last February, eventually increasing his balance to €990 before having his account suspended. The player states he was told there were security issues concerning his account, but that he is unsure what he must do to remedy the situation. SBR is following up on this user's sportsbook complaint.

A BetAtHome (SBR rating C-) player submits an account dispute. The player tells SBR that during the start of the EURO 2012, he deposited £300 in exchange for a bonus of £300. The player completed his wagering requirements, increasing his balance to £2,500. After the player produced ID and ordered a payout, BetAtHome noted that his account was in violation of their T&C.

BetOnline (SBR rating B+) has acquired majority ownership of Sportsbetting.ag (SBR rating D). BetOnline management tells SBR that with the move will come significant upgrades for Sportsbetting.ag players — better bonuses, software, and payout reliability. SBR is assembling a list of outstanding complaints against the SB.ag brand for new management to address.

The enhancement is one of many Pinnacle has made to the ASI software platform.Management tells SBR that the move acommodates a growing number of Czech players.
