A YesBet (SBR rating D-) player submits a payout complaint. On 6/18, the player deposited $400 using a cash method. He requested to be paid $4,000 on July 2nd, providing ID as well as a financial statement. The player became alarmed over his payout following what he claims was a week of YesBet downtime.

BetWay Sportsbook (SBR rating D) has agreed to revisit all sportsbook cold cases. A controversial old "30%" rule which was since discontinued per SBR's recommendation enabled the sportsbook to confiscate player winnings if any of the bettor's wagers exceeded 30% of the amount of their bonus.

A BetUS (SBR rating D+) player submits a sportsbook complaint. The player deposited $1,000 to BetUS, received a matching $1,000 freeplay and proceeded to place straight bets and parlays on soccer. On 8/15, BetUS suspended his account and notified the player that his account was closed for non-recreational play.

BetAtHome (SBR rating C-) has confiscated a player's €886 balance. BetAtHome allegedly told the player that he was guilty of violating their terms and conditions, but failed to provide specific details on what the player did wrong. The player claims he is stuck in the mud trying to find answers from the sportsbook. SBR is following up on this sportsbook complaint.

Bovada Sportsbook has returned to its original rating of A. On May 23rd, SBR downgraded Bovada to B+ after its payout time-frame increased to an average of 30 days in some cases. Heritage Sports (SBR rating A-) is set to launch its poker room for members later this week. Heritage will be using the popular BetCRIS poker network. Heritage users will be able to play in various cash game tables, small and large MTT's including weekly guaranteed cash events.

A Sportsbook.com US (SBR rating D-) player submits a payout complaint. The player informed SBR that he requested a bank transfer of $10,000 on June 7th, 2012. The funds were to be delivered in six to eight weeks. After not receiving the payment as of August 2nd, the player followed up with customer service, who requested he switch methods to receive the payout sooner.

GlobalWagering.ws (SBR rating D-) has been added to the SBR blacklist. GlobalWagering is managed by a former sales clerk that is attempting to poach customers by using stolen player lists from his time working at other industry shops. GlobalWagering has a staff of five employees and is run out of a rented office in Nicaragua.

PokerStars has now officially acquired Full Tilt Poker with their $225M payment to the US Department of Justice. PokerStars spokesman Lee Jones confirmed the completion of the payment in a brief statement yesterday. SBR analyst Natalie Rydstrom expands on this topic, as well as a pending lawsuit against former Full Tilt marketing co. Pocket Kings.

One more chapter has been written in the Black Friday online poker legal proceedings. Assistant US attorney Jason H. Cowley out of the Southern District of NY published a settlement order with Absolute Poker, Ultimate Bet and related companies earlier last week. The Kahnawake Gaming Commission, who issued Blanca Games Inc. and in turn Absolute Poker and Ultimate Bet's gaming licenses, addressed the settlement in a brief statement.

It was just ten weeks ago that NJ Governor Chris Christie boldly declared his plans to proceed with establishing sportsbooks in Atlantic City. The outspoken head honcho of the Garden State barked the following: “If someone wants to stop us, then let them try to stop us." The remark turned into a very polarizing soundbite, which might have been what Christie hoped for.

The player believes that TitanBet is voiding wagers for no other reason than failure to update the lines with the rest of the market. Sportsbook line managers are tasked with ensuring the book's offerings stay up to date as numbers move.

A BetClic (SBR rating D+) player has filed a sportsbook complaint. The player signed up, made a €20 parlay and increased his balance to €1,322. Intending to cash out his funds, the player provided a form of ID to BetClic via email. BetClic called the player two days after receiving the ID to question him regarding his winning parlay.

A Bet770 player has submitted a payout complaint. The player indicates that he has requested a £500 payout 25 days ago, but has not yet received payment. The player claims that his account is active, in good standing, and that his ID documents were sent when requested. SBR is following up with Bet770 Sportsbook management on this player's dispute, and will update this report.
