A Globet (SBR rating D+) player tells SBR that a €500 payout requested in mid-August has yet to be received. The payment was scheduled to be made to the player's Skrill/Moneybookers account. The player alleges that he has only received generic updates from the sportsbook. SBR is following up on this payout complaint.

BetIslands Sportsbook (SBR rating B) asks players to access their website at www.betislands.mx for now. The BetIslands.ag domain is currently expired. BetIslands remains available to assist players with inquiries over telephone at 1-800-998-8740. BetIslands management has advised SBR that the regular website should be back online soon.

BetJambo.com is the latest sportsbook in the Apex Sportsbook family. BetJambo claimed to hold a sportsbook rating of B at SBR, displaying the message prominently on its homepage. The tactic is not unusual for Apex Group books, as one skin piggybacks on the name of an A+ rated sportsbook in an attempt to confuse new bettors.

5Dimes Sportsbook (SBR rating A+) tells SBR that players are being asked to update their bookmark of the 5Dimes website. Players should edit their bookmark to reflect 5Dimes.eu (from .com). The .com site may experience intermittent technical issues. As a seperate note, 5Dimes is no longer accepting French customers.

Online poker giant PokerStars has flown computer equipment associated with Full Tilt Poker to the Isle Of Man, according to a report published today by EGR. PokerStars corporate communication head Eric Hollreiser referred to the transportation as a "big part" of the next step for the coming relaunch of Full Tilt poker.

His deposit method was Moneybookers, where he claims to be a VIP customer. The player allegedly redeposited €3,000, this time increasing his balance to €9,000 through roulette.

The player states that if he selects a totals bet, the bet immediately changes upon being added to the bet slip without the notification of a line change. The player tells SBR that he has screenshots of the continued practice. SBR advises users to avoid the D-rated book.

UPDATE 9/28 9:00AM CST: SBR spoke with DHoze management and reviewed evidence that confirmed the player defrauding the sportsbook. SBR considers this dispute satisfactorily closed.

A DHoze (unrated) player submits an account dispute. The player opened an account with DHoze on September 14th 2012. His initial deposit was for €40. The player managed to increase his balance to €975 before being asked to produce ID documents. The player's account was ultimately closed.

A BetClic (SBR rating D+) player submits an account complaint. The player states that he made an opening deposit of €25. He lost his first wager, making him eligible for a matching welcome bonus. The player won €81.25 using the bonus, before BetClic closed his account. The player claims this is his first registration with the sportsbook. SBR is following up.

The player states that he has been unable to attempt rollover, as Globet rejects all of his bets, even those under €5. The player claims his account with Globet was verified.
