Bet33 admitted that the player had not been paid in four weeks, depsite being on a payment plan after having his account closed with a $8,614 balance three months ago. PokerStars is dominating gaming industry headlines once again. Fresh off their settlement with the US DOJ, PokerStars is looking to acquire an Atlantic City casino—the Atlantic Club Casino Hotel. PokerStars parent company, Rational Group US Holdings, is seeking approval for a deal that would make PokerStars the first internet gambling company to purchase an Atlantic City casino.

Heritage Sportsbook (SBR rating A) has discontinued its poker room. Management tells Sportsbook Review that other options will be considered in the future if there is a player demand. Heritage enabled poker access in August of last year as reported by SBR. Heritage account holders were notified of the decision by email.
