Betway Sportsbook investigating cold case complaint

Sportsbook Review reported Monday that a player submitted a complaint on €1300 in winnings being confiscated in March of 2012. The controversial and since discontinued "30% rule" was cited; the rule penalized players for betting in excess of 30% of their deposit when a bonus was accepted. SBR's management contact at Betway has confirmed that the betting site is looking into the complaint. An update will be posted as one becomes available.

MB24/Mobibet case update: Player owed €1500

The MB24 (formerly known as Mobibet, SBR rated D-) player referenced in this week's report has confirmed that the amount confiscated from his account totals €1500. Sportsbook Review investigators are attempting to speak with MB24 management concerning the player's complaint. MB24 players who similarly require assistance are asked to submit a sportsbook complaint; include as many details as possible including account number, description of complaint, and if possible provide a copy of correspondence with the sportsbook concerning the issue.
