Two players have shared that the sportsbook has not posted odds in at least six weeks. The players have become concerned because they have unpaid balances and Dimeline appears to have gone dark in their communication. Dimeline also went two weeks without posting odds back in April.

The players all share consistent stories of making a deposit, working up a bit of a balance, and then never receiving their withdrawals. One such player has been waiting since September 25th for payment of funds.

A (SBR rating D) player has shared that he has not been paid a total of four $500 requests dating back to October 30. SBR requested comment from SportsbettingOnline and was only told that there is a delay caused by a large volume of payout requests, and that the player is at the top of the list.


A manager with has addressed the recent SBR Forum complaint involving a confiscated balance of $3,000. has claimed the player's documents were forged, and that the player was connected to other account-holders. SBR has requested more information from the sportsbook.

A CRSportsBet (SBR rating D-) player has reported that a payout of $1,009 requested more than two weeks ago has yet to be received. The player was supposed to receive the payout through two withdrawal methods, but has not received his funds. A second player has been waiting over a month for $2,800 through bitcoin.

Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf signed HB 271 into law Monday, a piece of gambling legislation with provisions on hose racing, lottery, interactive (online) gaming, and which paves the way for PA to offer single-game sports betting on the outcome of professional and collegiate sports [pending an amendment to PASPA].
