MyBookie.ag payout complaint update

Sportsbook Review reported one month ago on a MyBookie.ag payout complaint. A player claimed that his deposit was refunded and he was told he was being sent his winnings through an alternate payout method as the sportsbook identified him as a problem customer. SBR learned from management that the risk department opted to cut ties with the player but that the balance accumulated would be honored. However, as part of the deposit had to be refunded through a third-party processor, a time-frame of 12 to 16 business days was enforced. The player was informed that his refund was processed and sent the remainder of his balance. Sportsbook Review considers the matter resolved.
