Update by SBR 10/1/2015: 10Bet player has been paid in full.

Online sportsbook 10Bet has addressed a payout complaint reported by a player. The player claimed to have started playing with the online sportsbook two months ago and requested a $3,046 payout request - equivalent to 200k Russian Rubles - before running into problems. The player claimed to have sent a notarized copy of his ID via DHL.

A sportsbook complaint has been reported against online sportsbook Betsafe (SBR rating C-). The player opened his account with the online sportsbook in mid-September 2015 and ran up a balance of €3,808. He attempted to take a payout of €3,000 before having his account closed by Betsafe and balance confiscated. He denies wrongdoing.

A Redbet Sportsbook player has filed a sportsbook complaint. The player registered at Redbet to take advantage of a casino bonus offer for 20 free spins and won what he described as being a few Euros. The player continued wagering and scored big on one casino game, but was told that he was not eligible to redeem his winnings.
