We are excited to share our best hockey picks over/under Tuesday's NHL odds. Anaheim/Columbus and Winnipeg/Vancouver are the matches that have caught this keen capper's attention.

Anaheim Ducks vs. Columbus Blue Jackets 7:05 PM ET
According to the NHL betting odds at 5Dimes, the posted total in this game is 5.5. This will be just the second meeting of the season between these teams, and the first resulted in a 4-1 home win for Anaheim.

The Anaheim Ducks have scored three goals or more in three of the last four, and four of their previous six games. The Ducks are coming off a 7-2 blowout road loss to the New York Rangers on Sunday. Anaheim’s top goaltender Frederik Andersen made the start in that loss, and he’s continued to struggle mightily. In his last four starts, Andersen has posted a horrible .836 save percentage. Backup John Gibson is slated to be between the pipes on Tuesday for the Ducks.

The Columbus Blue Jackets have scored three goals or more in six of their previous seven games. They’ve also allowed an average of 4.0 goals per game in their previous five contests, and allowed an average of 37.8 shots on goal per contest by those five opponents.

NHL Picks: Play on Anaheim and Columbus to go over the total of 5.5 at 5Dimes

Winnipeg vs. Vancouver 10:05 PM ET
The NHL betting odds at Pinnacle have posted a total of 5.0 on this game. This will be just the second meeting of the season between these Western Conference teams, and Vancouver won the first encounter at home by the score of 3-2.

The Winnipeg Jets are currently riding a five game winning streak, and have allowed just five goals combined in those contests. The Jets are slated to go with red-hot Ondrej Pavalec in goal tonight, and he’s been absolutely lights out of late. Pavalec has compiled an excellent .967 save percentage over his last five starts.

The Vancouver Canucks have seen just one of their previous nine games go over the total. The Canucks have allowed exactly one goal in four of their previous five games.

This contest has the earmarks of a low scoring game, and one of my NHL picks on Tuesday will be reflective of just that.

NHL Picks: Play on Winnipeg and Vancouver to go under the total of 5.0 at Pinnacle.
