There are just four games in the NHL on Wednesday and we’ve got them all covered for you.

We’ve got an individual preview of the Nashville-Colorado game and below, we’ve got some analysis and predictions on the other three games.

Winnipeg Jets @ Chicago Blackhawks

The Jets finally got a win, edging a fatigued Detroit Red Wings team on Monday. The odds makers aren’t buying that it’s any sign of a turnaround as they are a massive -260 underdog in Chicago on Wednesday.

There’s no way I’m laying that with the Blackhawks considering they are just 5-1-3 at home this season and 6-1-3 in their last 10. At -260, I want a guarantee for my NHL picks but the Blackhawks aren’t that.

Instead, I’ll take a shot with the under. The Jets haven’t been scoring much on the road (2.17 goals per game, which 21st in the NHL).

NHL Pick: Under 5.5 at Bodog

Pittsburgh Penguins @ New York Rangers

All it takes is one loss and everyone’s lost faith in the Rangers…again. They had won three straight but when you start to look back, wins against the New York Islanders, Carolina Hurricanes and Buffalo Sabres aren’t that impressive. On the flip side, Pittsburgh followed up their three-game losing streak with four straight wins, and they are hot again.

The Pens dominate this series as they’ve won eight of nine meetings. The Rangers just don’t score enough to keep up, so I’ll lay the juice on the NHL odds and take the under.

NHL Pick: Penguins & Under at Bovada

Phoenix Coyotes @ Anaheim Ducks

The Ducks are back home after rocking out on an eight-game road trip and many bettors are taking notice of this team. They are no joke. They went 5-2-1 on the trip and have now won 12 of their last 15. One of those wins was over the Phoenix Coyotes (3-2 in a shootout), who will visit on Wednesday.

The Ducks are 5-0-0 at home and the Coyotes, who are pretty overall (10-3-2), are just 4-3-1 on the road this season. The price of about -150 is justified. However, these two teams are very evenly matched and while the Ducks are playing their first game at home after a long road trip, the Coyotes are in a back-to-back situation after playing Vancouver last night. To me, this game is a toss-up and I’ll take a shot with the Coyotes.

NHL Pick: Coyotes +140 at William Hill
