There are three games in the NHL on Wednesday night and we’ve got them all covered for you. Check the individual preview for the Minnesota Wild and Anaheim Ducks contest and below, we have thoughts and picks on the other two games.

Los Angeles Kings @ Toronto Maple Leafs

This is a tricky game to handicap as you have to keep in mind a few things. For starters, the Kings played last night in Montreal, so it is a back-to-back on the road situation for them. However, Toronto hasn’t been a great bet recently as they’ve really hit a wall. They’ve lost six of eight and are barely even playoff caliber these days.

The Kings are red-hot right now as Tuesday’s 6-0 win in Montreal was their fourth straight. They’re an excellent road team at 10-3-2 and have a huge edge in net. They have allowed the fewest goals in the NHL over their last five games while the Leafs just hang their goalies out to dry. The Leafs are allowing a league-worst 37.1 shots per game. Take the Kings with your NHL picks here.

Philadelphia Flyers @ Chicago Blackhawks

The Flyers had a good little spell in the early part of November but it looks like the crappy version has reared its ugly head again. The Flyers have lost three of four and will finish up their five-game road trip in Chicago on Wednesday night. They are a massing -215 underdog on the NHL odds in this spot and if they can’t win in Minnesota, Dallas or Ottawa, bettors will have a tough time getting behind them in Chicago.

The saving grace for the Flyers is that Blackhawks goaltender Corey Crawford is out for three weeks with a lower body injury. Unfortunately for them, backup Antti Raanta has been pretty good, going 3-0-1 with a 2.16 GAA and a .922 save percentage.

I’ll take the over with NHL picks here as I don’t want to lay this type of juice with the Blackhawks but the Flyers are not worth a look here. The Flyers have played three straight overs while the Blackhawks have gone over in four of their last five.
