Despite conceding 12 goals in the previous two games, I'm expecting a much better defensive performance from the Kraken. Seven of their previous 10 home games had five goals or fewer. While the Kraken have been more porous recently, the New York Islanders subpar offense should be easier to keep at bay. 

The Islanders, meanwhile, have Vezina Trophy odds front-runner Ilya Sorokin between the pipes, which should help cash this bet.
