It will be a Juiced Up Garden
The Rangers will host the Kings at Madison Square Garden in Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Finals. They have found themselves in a 2-0 series hole after suffering consecutive gut-wrenching overtime defeats in the first 2-games against the Kings, but according to NHL betting odds, they are a -125 money line home favorite.

 Squandering 2-Goal Leads
The NY Rangers have certainly let the Kings off the hook in the first 2-games of this series. They've blown 2-goal leads on 4 separate occasions during the pair of losses suffered at the hands of the Kings. The 5-4 loss on Saturday was an especially tough pill to swallow. The Rangers held leads of 2-0, 3-1, and 4-2 in the contest. "The Broadway Blue Shirts" must have a short memory heading into Game 3 at home, if they hope to come away with a win, and get themselves back into the series.

The scary thing for Rangers fans is the fact that their team is just 26-25 on home ice this season. However, they can take solace in knowing that the Rangers are a perfect 6-0 this season following a game in which both teams scored 3 or more goals.

Never Say a Die
The Los Angeles Kings have won each of their last 3-games by overcoming 2-goal deficits, and all 3 of those wins have come in overtime. They've continued to dominate the 3rd period during these playoffs. The Kings have outscored the opposition by a wide 29-16 margin during the 3rd period this postseason. The Kings have outshot the Rangers 32-10 during the 3rd periods in the first 2-games of the series. Los Angles has gone a respectable 7-5 on the road during these playoffs.

NHL Betting System
Any money line home favorite that's coming off a 1-goal loss in their previous game, versus an opponent which has scored 3-goals or more in each of their last 5-games, has gone 90-35 (72%) over the last 18 seasons.
