Kansas City heads to Cincinnati to face the 3-0 Bengals, who are probably the frontrunners in the AFC North. Find inside how should you place your NFL picks for this week 4 game.

Kansas City couldn't recover from a devastating loss against Denver, although they put up a good fight in Green Bay on Monday night. Next, they'll head to Cincinnati to face the 3-0 Bengals, who are probably the frontrunners in the AFC North. However, are they for real and how much will learn about them from this game?

Opening Odds & Line Movement
Open: -4 -105 at Pinnacle
The Bengals opened up as 4-point favorites on the road and while the NFL odds dipped to -3.5, it is back to -4 for the Bengals. Cincinnati romped over Oakland on the road before the Raiders figured out they're not terrible, then they held off San Diego and won by four points against Baltimore, two teams that people thought were good, but might not be. Therefore, the jury is still out on the Bengals, while the Chiefs gave away the Denver game and were never going to win in Green Bay, where the Packers are basically unstoppable. This might be the most intriguing game of the week, in that no one knows how good or bad these teams really are.

The Chiefs just received word that CB Philip Gaines is out for the season with a torn ACL, but luckily, the Chiefs get Sean Smith back from suspension. Other than that, Kansas City is relatively healthy and they'll need all hands on deck to get a win this weekend.

CB Adam Jones didn't practice because of his elbow, while fellow CB Dre Kirpatrick is limited because of his calf, but both played last week against the Ravens and probably will this week. Besides those two, the Bengals are healthy heading into the second part of the week.

The Chiefs have covered in just three of their last nine games, while the Bengals have been much better, covering in five of their last seven. It'll be interesting to see how the total (which opened at 44 and is still there) plays out as the Chiefs have gone over in four of their last six, while the Bengals have gone under in eight of their last 12. The Chiefs are 4-6 SU in their last 10 road games, but 5-5 ATS, while the Bengals are 6-3-1 SU in their last 10 home games, and 5-4-1 ATS. Remember, they tied Carolina at home in October of last year.

The Bengals are 6-4 SU and 5-5 ATS in 10 meetings with the Chiefs since 1988, while they're 4-1 SU in five home games. The Chiefs have managed to cover in three of those games, though.
