We continue to crush with our Team Prop picks, and tonight we are giving it another go with two sharp predictions that have lot of potential value. Read on to get our expert's insight.

New England Patriots O/U 20.5 points
With Jacoby Brissett likely starting for the Patriots on Thursday, conventional wisdom will make you believe that the Patriots’ odds of scoring a ton of points tonight are slim. However, that couldn’t be further from the truth.

Points may not be at a premium in this game for the simple fact that it’s an early week game. So far this season we’ve seen the Jets and Bills in a barnburner on Thursday, which has somewhat followed the trend of offenses getting the better of defenses on Thursdays.

Plus, we are early in the season and offenses haven’t been scouted as much. Later in the season when offenses have 10-12 games under their belt, it’s easier to predict a team’s offense and game plan for it.

With Houston and New England both starting quarterbacks tonight who they didn’t start at all last season, it’s going to be difficult to game plan for both of these defensive coordinators, especially on a short week.

I could easily see both of these teams into the 20s in scoring, so with the Patriots, add the over for tonight’s game.

Houston Texans O/U 20.5 points
In the same game theory tonight, even on the road and going up against a good defense, the Texans also have some offensive upside in this one. Houston as added some great skill players around Brock Osweiler including Will Fuller and Lamar Miller. Combined with a good offensive line and their star, DeAndre Hopkins, even the Patriots’ defense will give up some points here on a short week.

I am kind of hedging one of these plays with the other, because there is also a chance that one of these teams shits a brick offensively in this one, but with the Patriots’ quarterback situation still a mystery, there is a chance that Houston runs away with this one early and New England simply can’t catch up.

What makes both of these plays even better though is the defensive injuries for both teams. The Texans are going to be without Brian Cushing and potentially JJ Watt in this game, while New England might be without starting middle linebacker Jonathan Freeny and defensive lineman, Trey Flowers. These could easily lead to more points for both sides, so add the over once again here.
