Week 15 means Saturday night action in the NFL, and 4-9 Dallas is the host as they cling to their slight playoff hopes. The New York Jets come to town at 8-5, and they still have a very good shot in the AFC.

Opening Odds & Line Movement
Open: -3 +111 at Pinnacle
The Jets opened up as 3-point favorites on the road, and the NFL odds have since moved to -3.5. The Jets have won three in a row after a 30-8 thrashing of Tennessee at home, and their defense has allowed 48 points during that stretch. They're fifth in yards allowed and 10th in points allowed, which is bad news for the Cowboys, who fell 28-7 at Green Bay. Without Tony Romo at quarterback, the Cowboys have struggled to put points on the board all season and it was no exception last week. RB Darren McFadden had 111 yards on nine carries, but QB Matt Cassel was 13-of-29 for 114 yards and a pick, and the Cowboys might want to pound McFadden. However, that is dangerous as McFadden has had a checkered injury history to say the least, and the Jets are going to blitz Cassel every time they can. The Cowboys have their backs against the wall, but they're still in it due to the NFC East being awful this season. They're only two games out of first place, and a lot can happen. That being said, the Cowboys also need a lot to go right and that hasn't happened for them this season.

WR Devin Smith is now gone for the season for the Jets after knee surgery. Fellow WR Jeremy Kerley has a calf strain and is questionable for Saturday, so keep an eye on practice this week.

The Cowboys don't seem to have any new injuries coming into this make-or-break game. They need all the help they can get.

The Jets are 7-5-1 ATS overall this season, going 3-2-1 ATS on the road. The Cowboys are 4-9 ATS overall, but they've covered just once in six home games. The total is set at 42 and the Jets have gone over seven times this; the Cowboys have gone under eight times.

The two have met seven times since 1987, with the Cowboys going 4-3 SU and 5-2 ATS. The Jets have split a pair of meetings both SU and ATS in Dallas.
