Which games smack of betting value, presenting the best bets on week 13's NFL odds board? Here are our top selections for SU, ATS and Total betting for Week 13 Game Lines.

Week 13 Opening Odds to Offer Value?

Best SU Pick: Cardinals SU over Falcons
Arizona Cardinals are coming off a disheartening 19-3 loss to the Seattle Seahawks on the road. Roughed up is a word that springs to mind looking back at what happened to Drew Stanton and the Cardinals in week 12 NFL betting. As the Cardinals slip to 9-2 SU on the season, they'll be looking ahead to bounce back at the expense of the beatable Atlanta Falcons, just off a loss to the Cleveland Browns at home.

Cardinals are in pole position in the NFC Conference but their claim to the coveted top spot could come under threat in the coming weeks, mainly when they take on Kansas (week 14), Seattle (week 16) and San Francisco (week 17). With wins coming at a premium down the stretch, this game is one they'll have circled as theirs to win or lose. Falcons are 4-7 SU this season, 2-3 SU at home comprised of a three-game losing streak at the Georgia Dome defeated 27-13 by Chicago, 22-21 by Detroit and 26-24 by Cleveland.

NFL Picks: Cardinals SU

Best ATS Pick: Colts -9.5 over Redskins
This game could easily be the best NFL pick in both SU and ATS betting markets. Colts don't lose to bad teams, and the Redskins are as bad as they come this season. Redskins are 3-8 SU overall, which includes a 2-3 SU record at home and a 1-5 SU record on the road. Having said that if the Colts are priced nearly as high as they were in week 12's clash with the Jaguars (upwards of -1000 in SU betting), little return on investment is to be had in that bet. As such, Colts strike a much better pose against the spread in this matchup.

Overall, the Colts are 8-3 ATS this season with an average 7-point margin of victory. On the road, they are 4-1 ATS this season with an average 4.8-point margin of victory. They faced off against some tough customers on the road but emerge 3-2 SU; only losses to Denver and Pittsburgh mar their record. Against lightweight opponents, underachievers this season or just plain bad teams, the Colts have been far superior. Case and point: the 44-17 win over the Jaguars and 40-24 win over the Giants. In week 12 NFL betting, the Colts emerged as the biggest favourites (-13.5 or thereabouts depending on your sportsbook of choice) to cash against the spread. Redskins also pulled off a huge cover on the road behind a 19-13 loss to the Niners as the 9.5-point road dogs. Colts offense moves at a fast clip, though, faster than the Niners offense by a country mile. It's hard to imagine RGIII keeping up with Andrew Luck. This could easily be a double-digit blow out.

NFL Picks: Colts -9.5

Best Total Pick: Patriots at Packers OVER 58.0
Two of the most potent offenses collide in week 13 when the Packers host the Patriots at Lambeau, marking one of the most anticipated clashes of the weekend. Both Tom Brady (24 TDs) and Aaron Rodgers (28 TDs) have been firing a t all cylinders. Patriots's are now the highest scoring team with 357 points scored to just 227 points conceded, nudging marginally ahead of the Packers at 354-to-246. Patriots are averaging 32.5-points per game while the Packers are averaging 32.2-points per game. Packers have twice crossed the 50-point barrier at home (their last two consecutive home dates) and have scored no less than 31-points at home. Patriots are riding the momentum of a seven-game winning streak, which includes a 42-20 win over the Colts at Indianapolis and 37-22 win over the Bills at Buffalo. Clearly, if these prolific quarterbacks live up to their reputations, lead their offenses the way they have been most of the season, this game should push the OVER. Patriots are 8-3 in over-under betting while the Packers are 9-2 in over-under betting this season. What's more, the Packers are 5-0 in over-under betting at home.
