The AFC East is the setting of this matchup as 4-6 Miami heads on the road to take on the 5-5 New York Jets. With both teams coming off a loss they shouldn't have a problem getting up for this game.

Opening Odds & Line Movement
Open: -3.5 -105 at Pinnacle
The Jets came out as 3.5-point favorites at home before the NFL odds moved to -4, then back to -3.5. They'll probably stay around that area for this divisional matchup, and the Jets need a win after losing 24-17 in Houston, their fourth loss in five games. The Dolphins lost 24-14 at home to Dallas as they fell for the third time in four games. Neither is obviously catching New England in the division, but second place is there for the taking as Buffalo is also 5-5, but will that be enough to get them a wild card in the congested AFC?

Miami LB Jelani Jenkins is still dealing with a bad ankle and didn't practice on Wednesday, and he seems to be the only injury worry for the Dolphins. Miami has been wildly inconsistent and you just don't know which team is going to show up from week to week.

The Jets are coming into this game banged up, starting with CB Darrelle Revis. He had his worst game of the season against the Texans and to make matters worse, he suffered a concussion and was sent home on Wednesday. C Nick Mangold has a hand injury that kept him out of practice, but he has been nicked up all season. TE Kellen Davis didn't practice because of a personal reason, but he could be ready by Sunday. This is a must-win game for the Jets, and they need all the help they can muster as the Dolphins come to town.

The Dolphins are 4-6 ATS, but a solid 3-3 ATS on the road, while the Jets are 4-5-1 ATS and 2-3 ATS at home. The total went down from 43 to 42.5, and the Jets have gone over six times. The Dolphins have split their 10 games when it comes to the total.

Miami is 5-5 SU and 4-6 ATS in their last 10 meetings with the Jets, who are 4-6 SU and 4-5-1 ATS in their last 10 home games with the Dolphins.
