NFL week 11 is here, Tony Romo is back, and the Cowboys are going nowhere with 7 losses on their resume. It's time to find some NFL Value Picks for our loyal followers and betting public.
San Francisco 49'ers at Seattle Seahawks: Kaepernick Done For Good...
Just think that the San Francisco 49'ers were a play away from a Super Bowl win a few years back and now they are a team that really has no leadership and needs to rebuild. While Blaine Gabbert threw for 185 yards with 2 TD and 2 INT in his 49'ers debut, he's nothing more than a serviceable quarterback. San Francisco is a depleted team with no playmakers left; just aging veterans or players trying to make a name for themselves.
Not As Good As They Used To Be
It's plain to see. After watching the Arizona Cardinals tear apart the Legion of Boom, that Seattle isn't the team that they were in years past. Not only that, Russell Wilson and Marshawn Lynch are also not the same either. Players such as Doug Baldwin were making the big offensive plays and once again, Jimmy Graham was ineffective. With all of this said, Seattle, who has 5 losses to their credit, get's a very easy opponent and should pick up the win and dominate in this game at home.
NFL Pick: Seattle Seahwaks -13.5 at 5Dimes
Kansas City Chiefs at San Diego Chargers: Why Are the Bolts 2-7?
I really don't know the reason why. San Diego is a competitive football team with Phillip Rivers behind center and always seems to come up short. Now, the Chargers are without most of their receivers due to injuries. There's no Malcolm Floyd, no Keenan Allen, and Rivers must resort to players such as Stevie Johnson and running back, Danny Woodhead. Melvin Gordon is still looking for his 1st NFL TD and is also proving that he's no Todd Gurley.
Kansas City comes into this game at 4-5 and really can't afford a loss. Running back Charcandrick West has filled in for Jamaal Charles very admirably. This isn't a great team without Charles, but they still have a great head coach in Andy Reid and I look for San Diego, who is capable of beating the Chiefs, to blow another game because losing becomes a habit.
NFL Pick: Kansas City Chiefs -3 -117 at Pinnacle
Green Bay Packers at Minnesota Vikings: Relax!
Remember when Aaron Rodgers told the media and the Green Bay fans to relax after a 1-2 start last season. He needs to say it again as the Packers have lost 3 straight games and the Minnesota Vikings are leading the division. This is a huge game as the Packers are the road team and a loss here would be very demoralizing.
Eddie Lacy is back in the lineup and when he was in the lineup previously he was struggling. This has been a Packers team that has suffered a barrage of injuries and they need to get it into gear or they will be done early in the playoffs. That said, Aaron Rodgers is still one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL and he has the ability to keep this team a contender.
The Minnesota Vikings are having a very successful season. Adrian Peterson is running the ball well and has been accepted back in the league and rookies such as Stefan Diggs have been coming up with big plays in the passing game. I don't think Teddy Bridgewater will ever be a star in this league, but it really doesn't matter. The Vikings are 7-2 and 4-0 at home and in a dominant position. As long as AP runs the ball like he has in the past, I'm going to side with the Vikings and the momentum that they carry into this game and playing in front of their hometown fans.
NFL Pick: Minnesota Vikings +1 (+102) at 5Dimes
