This article is for week 10 - please check out our updated NFL week 11 early parlay picks here.

Regardless of how your Week 10 NFL Sunday gets started, our late-game parlay picks for the 4 p.m. ET slate will add some excitement.

Whether you need a mid-day boost to your bankroll or are just looking to add to an already good day, our late-game NFL parlay picks can help maximize your profits from Week 10. We have four matchups to choose from, highlighted by the all-NFC battle between the Seattle Seahawks and Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field.

With fewer games to choose from than on the 1 p.m. ET slate, we need to get a little more creative. We’ll target an Under, a spread, a moneyline, and a team total to fill out a four-game parlay.

Here’s a look at my top parlay picks for the NFL’s Week 10 late-game slate (odds via DraftKings Sportsbook; pick confidence based on a 1-to-5-star scale).

NFL Week 10 Late-Game Parlay Picks

NFL Week 10 Late-Game Parlay Predictions

Panthers vs. Cardinals Under 44.5 (-110)

Expect a low-scoring game between two top-seven scoring defenses at State Farm Stadium to start off our late-slate parlay.

Cardinals QB Kyler Murray (ankle) remains questionable. While the team put up 31 points without him against the rival San Francisco 49ers last week, the Cards were dealt another blow with RB Chase Edmonds (ankle) placed on injured reserve on Saturday.

Arizona will again lean on RBs James Conner and Eno Benjamin, but they face a Carolina defense having allowed a respectable 4.3 yards per carry, and just seven rushing touchdowns through nine games. The Panthers will stifle Cardinals backup QB Colt McCoy with their 6.6 yards allowed per pass attempt.

Newly-signed QB Cam Newton is unlikely to play in Week 10, according to Panthers head coach Matt Rhule. Don’t expect much from former XFL QB P.J. Walker in his first start against the Cards’ third-ranked defense.

Chargers (-160)

While there’s plenty of risk in every parlay, one of the benefits is being able to simply take the moneyline instead of a narrow spread. The Bolts are just 3-point home favorites and play a Vikings squad that has taken three of its five losses by three or fewer points.

Vikings RB Dalvin Cook appears set to play in Week 10, despite an ongoing off-field issue. Minnesota (3-5) is desperate for a win to avoid falling too far out of the NFC playoff picture and should put up another hard fight.

Los Angeles has seemingly taken a step back after a three-game win streak. The Chargers beat the Philadelphia Eagles just 27-24 on the road last week to snap a two-game losing skid. Take the safer moneyline rather than trusting them to win by four or more points.

Seahawks +3.5 (-120)

The marquee matchup of the 4 p.m. ET slate pits Packers QB Aaron Rodgers against Seahawks QB Russell Wilson for the ninth time in their careers. They are 4-4 against each other to date.

The half-point hook is crucial here and I would not bet this line at anything shorter than the 3.5. A cold, snowy evening at Lambeau Field should work against points being scored by either side. Under these conditions, teams generally like to lean on the run game, but Seattle’s third-ranked rush defense by ESPN’s run stop win rate should be able to contain the Packers’ RB tandem of Aaron Jones and AJ Dillon.

Seattle is third in the NFC West at 3-5 and needs Wilson to lead a charge through the second half of the season for a shot at the playoffs. Back Wilson and the Seahawks to keep it close with Rodgers needing to shake off his self-induced distractions and rust from a missed game.

Eagles Under 21.5 (-110)

The streaky Broncos have not backed down after the front office traded away the face of the franchise in LB Von Miller. Their 30-16 road win over the Dallas Cowboys last week got them back over .500 and was one of the biggest upsets of the NFL season.

Denver gave up a total of 26 points in back-to-back wins over the Washington Football Team and Cowboys, and has held each of its last three opponents to 17 or fewer points. Philadelphia has improved to 25.2 points per game on the season, but second-year QB Jalen Hurts will make his first appearance in the altitude of Empower Field at Mile High.

The Broncos give up just 7.1 yards per pass attempt with 11 passing touchdowns allowed against seven interceptions through nine games. Expect the home to dictate another low-scoring game.
