Pittsburgh is 5-4, but another big injury is a huge blow to their season. Meanwhile, their AFC North rivals from Cleveland are 2-7 and it appears as though they're looking ahead to 2016 already.

The Steelers opened up as 4.5-point favorites on the NFL odds at home, and if Ben Roethlisberger was healthy, it might be doubled. Pittsburgh managed to hold off Oakland for a much-needed win to stop a two-game skid, while the Browns were thrashed by Cincinnati. It looks like they're going to go with Johnny Manziel under center, but he struggled badly in the second half of the loss to the Bengals. Still, the Browns have to see what they have with their former first-round pick before they go into the draft, where they might pick up another quarterback. Just another season in Cleveland.

Injuries
The decision to go with Manziel has been made easier with Josh McCown and his rib injury, and even though he is a game-time decision, why would he play? The Browns know what McCown is, and they burned that pick on Manziel, so they might as well see what happens. However, it is the Browns, so you never know. CB Joe Haden and S Donte Whitner have concussions and didn't play last week, along with WR Brian Hartline, so they still have to pass NFL tests. G Joel Bitonio won't play this weekend because of his hamstring.

QB Roethlisberger is out for a few more weeks because of a foot injury, but many thought he was still bothered by his knee anyway. That means Landry Jones is back under center for the Steelers, and he hasn't looked terrible this season. RB DeAngelo Williams has an inflamed foot, however, and he is questionable for Sunday.

Trends
The Browns are 1-3-1 ATS in their last five games, but they're a decent 2-3 ATS on the road this season. The Steelers are 4-3-2 ATS so far, including 2-2-1 ATS at home. The total is set at 41 and these two have gone in opposite directions here as the Steelers have gone under seven times this season, while the Browns have gone over seven times.

The Steelers are 8-2 SU and 5-5 ATS in their last 10 meetings with the Browns, who have lost their last 11 trips to Pittsburgh SU. They have managed to cover in four of those 11 games.
