We breakdown all 16 matches on week 12’s NFL betting card and serve up our game-by-game picks for OVER-UNDER bettors. Find out which way we’re leaning with our NFL picks.

Bills vs. Chiefs
Last week, the Chiefs hung 33 points on the Chargers but the game cashed on the UNDER 44.5-points. Putting up that many points at the expense of the Rex Ryan’s Bills isn’t going to be easy, as evinced in last week’s 20-13 win by the Patriots that also cashed on the UNDER 48. Appropriately, the game is trading on a rather low 41-to-42-points. We’re of the mind to go UNDER with our NFL picks as a result, but with the small chance E.J. Manuel will get the start this weekend we’re leaning towards the OVER instead.

NFL Picks: OVER 41.5 (-110) at 5Dimes

Dolphins vs. Jets
The Dolphins are 5-5 in O/U betting this season while the Jets are 6-4 in O/U betting. Both the Dolphins and Jets cashed on the UNDER in last week’s round of NFL betting – the Dolphins succumbed to a 24-14 loss to the Cowboys with the total trading at 47.5 while the Jets succumbed to a 24-17 loss to the Texans coming just UNDER 42. Neither side has been consistent on either side of the ball in recent weeks, which doesn’t instil much confidence. That has us leaning towards the UNDER in what is most likely going to be grind in the freezing temperatures in New York.

NFL Picks: UNDER 42.5 (-110) at BetOnline

Vikings vs. Falcons
The Vikings have a convincing UNDER record that is nothing to sniff at. With a 1-8-1 mark through ten games, they are the most consistent UNDER producers in the league. The Falcons, meanwhile, are struggling something huge both on the field and on the NFL odds board. Not only have they won just one of their last five games, but they’ve failed to cover six in a row, a run of form that features six straight UNDERs.

NFL Picks: UNDER 46 (-110) at Pinnacle

Saints vs. Texans
In the last couple of games, scoring against the Texans has been a challenge. They held the Bengals to just two field goals and then they held the Jets to 17-points. That surge on defense coincides with a two-game winning streak. Odds makers roll out a rather high 47.5-total. Obviously, that has mostly to do with Drew Brees and his offensive prowess. Problem is the Saints are in flux right now and not even Drew Brees can do it all alone.

NFL Picks: UNDER 47.5 (-110) (-110) at 5Dimes

[/]{"component":"oddswidget", "eventId":2837155, "sportsbooksIds":[1096,93,19,92,238,349], "LineTypeId":3, "PeriodTypeId":1}[/]

Giants vs. Redskins
The Redskins dismantled the Saints 47-14 at home in week 10 NFL betting to improve to 4-1 SU at home and 2-3 in O/U betting. Last week, they were on the receiving end of a beat down by the Panthers, losing 44-16. NY Giants are 7-3 in O/U betting this season, which includes averaging almost 28-points scored per game but also one of the worst defenses in the league that concedes 25.3 points per game. This could be quite the topsy-turvy game that cracks the 47-point total trading at most sportsbooks.

NFL Picks: OVER 47 (-110) at Heritage

Raiders vs. Titans
Raiders are 6-3-1 in O/U betting on the season, but in recent week’s they appear to have lost some of their mojo. Last week, they lost 18=13 to the Lions on the road. The Titans are 5-5 in O/U betting this season, but similarly they’ve struggled on offense in recent weeks. This game is a right toss up on our NFL picks as it easily could go fall on either side of the 44-point total currently trading. For our money, we’re leaning with the OVER on our NFL picks, which is also the consensus NFL pick across most sports betting platforms.

NFL Picks: OVER 44 (-110) at Bet365

Chargers vs. Jaguars
With the Chargers looking like they’d rather be on a golf course than a football field, it’s somewhat surprising that odds makers have rolled out with a 47-point total in early NFL betting markets. That total has come down to 46.5-point, which we think is the right direction. But still too high. The Jaguars have perked up of late by winning three of their last four games, all while scoring 24.5-points per game.

NFL Picks: UNDER 46.5 (-110) at The Greek

Rams vs. Bengals
With the quarterback situation up in the air in St. Louis, it stands to reason the Rams will be relying heavily on their defense to keep them in this game. The Bengals, meanwhile, look to bounce back after suffering back-to-back losses. Consensus betting is leaning conspicuously towards the UNDER 42 – a rather low total given the Bengals have home edge. The Bengals are 6-4 in O/U betting and, for the most part, have beaten up on teams that are struggling, particularly when starting at 1 PM EST. You know what they say about 1 PM Andy Dalton.

NFL Picks: OVER 42 (-110) at Bovada

Bucs vs. Colts
If Jameis Winston and the Bucs can carry the momentum of their week 11 win over the Eagles into this game, we might be in for a treat. Then again, it’s important not to get carried away. Back-to-back road games is a tough ask. Colts are doing just fine with 40-year-old quarterback, better than they were with Andrew Luck in fact. Consensus betting reveals a lean towards the OVER, but we’re of a mind to fade the public and shade the UNDER.

NFL Picks: UNDER 46.5 (-110) at Bookmaker

Cardinals vs. 49ers
Earlier this season, the Cardinals decimated the Niners 47-7 in Arizona. Most recently, they edged the Bengals 34-31 at home in MNF. The Niners have benched Colin Kaepernick in favour of Blaine Gabbert, a poor man’s replacement at quarterback. He might have led the Niners to a win over the Falcons, but he was left wanting in a 29-13 loss to the Seahawks. Totals are trading around the 44-point mark. Cardinals alone scored more than that in the pair’s first meeting this season. This could get ugly again.

NFL Picks: OVER 44 (-110) at Bet365

[/]{"component":"oddswidget", "eventId":2837162, "sportsbooksIds":[1096,93,19,92,238,349], "LineTypeId":3, "PeriodTypeId":1}[/]

Steelers vs. Seahawks
Big Ben and the Steelers descend on the Seahawks in week 12 NFL betting. The Steelers are coming off a bye week, a much needed week off to allow Big Ben to recover from another spate of injuries. Russell Wilson and the Seahawks are struggling this season and face the very real possibility of sitting out the playoffs this season. Seahawks are 5-5 in O/U betting while the Steelers are 2-8 in O/U betting.

NFL Picks: UNDER 46 (-110) at William Hill

[/]{"component":"oddswidget", "eventId":2837162, "sportsbooksIds":[1096,93,19,92,238,349], "LineTypeId":3, "PeriodTypeId":1}[/]

Patriots vs. Broncos
The Patriots and Broncos collide in week 12 NFL betting, a highly anticipated game even without Peyton Manning, who remains side line with injury. Odds makers have rolled out a rather low 43.5-point total almost unanimously across the board, paying lip service to the Denver Broncos defense. However, Brock Osweiler is a legitimate quarterback that is mobile, athletic and offensive-minded. We all know how good Tom Brady is, particularly in key matchups. This could be more of a shootout than the sportsbooks would have you believe.

NFL Picks: OVER 43 (-110) at BetOnline

Ravens vs. Browns
This is the least interesting game on the season, not to mention one of the toughest to handicap now that the Ravens will be led out onto the field by backup Matt Schaub. Manziel is benched for his latest indiscretion, meaning Josh McCown is back. With McCown, the Browns had a healthy OVER record. Despite Manziel’s starts, they are still 7-3 in OVER-UNDER betting, third best in the league. We’re taking the OVER on our NFL picks.

NFL Picks: OVER 41 (-105) at Pinnacle

Eagles vs. Lions
Just when things were starting to look up for the Eagles, it went south in a hurry. They are riding a two-game losing streak, both of which highlight so many of their issues on both sides of the ball. It doesn’t help matters than their chosen quarterback Sam Bradford is questionable for Thursday’s clash with the Lions, giving way to another potentially disastrous performance by Mark Sanchez in relief. While Eagles continue to figure things out, the Lions look to have sorted most of the issues that plagued them at the start of the season. Eagles are 3-7 in O/U betting while the Lions are 5-5 in O/U betting.

NFL Picks: UNDER 46 (-110) at The Greek

[/]{"component":"oddswidget", "eventId":2837150, "sportsbooksIds":[1096,93,19,92,238,349], "LineTypeId":3, "PeriodTypeId":1}[/]

Panthers vs. Cowboys
Carolina Panthers are 6-3-1 in O/U betting, coming off a huge 44-16 win over the Dolphins. The Cowboys are 4-6 in O/U betting, coming off a 24-14 win over the Dolphins in Tony Romo’s first game back since week 2. By and large, consensus betting reveals that the public is favouring the OVER on their NFL picks and we’re of a mind to agree that it could turn into a shootout between Romo and Newton.

NFL Picks: OVER 44 (-110) at BetOnline

Bears vs. Packers
The Bears and Packers are set to collide at Lambeau Field on Thursday Night Football. Last season, the Bears were left decimated on the field in a 55-14 loss. We haven’t seen such offensive might form Aaron Rodgers and the Packers this season, hence the rather low 45-point total trading across sports betting platforms. Although both sides sport negative OVER records this season – Packers are 3-7 while Bears are 4-6 in O/U betting –  and consensus betting reveals a distinct lean towards the UNDER, we’re of the mind to go OVER with our NFL picks, thereby fading the public.

NFL Picks: OVER 44.5 (-110) at Bookmaker
