It’s another week of the NFL, and after going two out of three on Thursday night, let’s keep our NFL Picks going with three more team prop picks. These NFL Odds are all from bet365 sportsbook.
Redskins vs. Cardinals Race to the Points
One of the better values around the league this week has to be the race to the points between the Cardinals and Redskins. The Cardinals are dealing with some injury concerns, however it did just break that Drew Stanton will be healthy enough to start this game under center for the Cardinals, but will that be enough to soundly beat the Redskins? The Cardinals did not look great last week against the Broncos’ defense, and even though Washington’s defense isn’t anything to get excited about, the Cards’ defense is vulnerable here, giving the Redskins at +120 great value t get to 10 points first. The Cardinals also just got word that Patrick Peterson will be able to play this weekend, but on a hobbled ankle, he might not be as effective against the speedy DeSean Jackson or the shifty, Pierre Garcon. Don’t sleep on the Redskins getting to ten points first, and putting some pressure on the Cardinals.
NFL Pick: Redskins first to 10 points (+120)
Cowboys vs. Seahawks O/U 5 ½ TDs
This could be one of the more entertaining games of the entire Week 6 schedule, and even though the Seahawks at home are hard to beat, this could be a higher scoring game than most are projecting. The Cowboys’ defense has been overachieving through the last few weeks, and even though the Seahawks’ defense is tough to beat, the Cowboys offense is on another level right now. Six or more touchdowns could net an NFL Odds profit of +110, and that is more than enough value to take the over. The Seahawks should have three or four touchdowns in them no problem, and as long as the Cowboys don’t get held to single digits, this game is going over the total, and this touchdown prop should cash the over as well.
NFL Pick: OVER 5 ½ TDs (+110)
Lions vs. Vikings O/U 2 ½ FGs
Probably one of my favorite props in NFL Odds betting is the field goal total. We have been pretty successful on it this season, and I am going back to the well this week, hopefully to drink. Right now at 2 ½ field goals, the over seems like a great value for these two teams. The Lions are normally a pretty good red zone team, but with Calvin Johnson and Reggie Bush looking doubtful, they may stall out some. Plus, with Matt Prater coming in to kick field goals now in Detroit, their field goal percentages should be going up now that Alex Henery is gone. On the other side you have the Vikings, who despite getting Teddy Bridgewater back this week should still have a lot of problems with the Lions’ very good defense. Plus, the Vikings have the 23rd ranked red zone scoring percentage in the entire NFL, which is not a great number, especially against one of the league’s best defenses. Even though the value isn’t huge, it’s good enough to take a stab at the over for your NFL picks, especially because this game might be higher scoring than what the total of 43 points suggests.
NFL Pick: OVER 2 ½ FGs (-125)
