Line movement is an important tool in handicapping the NFL on a weekly basis, which has led our handicapper to recommend a pair of ATS picks in Week 7.

Tennessee Titans vs. Washington Redskins
Sunday’s visitor snapped a four-game losing streak by picking up a 16-14 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars as four-point home favorites last week, but Tennessee has lost the statistical battle in three consecutive contests.

The Titans may be without the services of regular starting quarterback Jake Locker for a second straight week due to a thumb injury, which is important to consider when looking over the NFL picks & betting lines, as Charlie Whitehurst may land under center.

Washington needs to do a better job in protecting the football with its own No. 2 signal-caller leading the team, as it ranks last in the league with a minus-nine turnover margin.

Kirk Cousins simply hasn’t been good enough in taking over for an injured Robert Griffin III, especially when trying to move the chains the last three weeks, as the offense has gone 6 for 30 in trying to convert third downs over that span.

The Redskins have gone from 4 to 5.5-point home favorites in one of the more interesting line moves of the week, which is a clear signal that they will cover the number in their 10th consecutive game when laying points against any team with more wins at kickoff.

NFL Pick:  Washington Redskins -5.5

Kansas City Chiefs vs. San Diego Chargers
Few professional football coaches have been more successful off a bye week than Andy Reid, which is one of the biggest angles to be aware of when making your NFL betting picks, as he’s gone 16-2 SU and 13-5 ATS in that situation during his time in Philadelphia and Kansas City.

The Chargers have seen the NFL odds move against them despite the fact that they’ve landed atop numerous national power rankings over the last few weeks, as they attempt to win their fifth game in a row.

NFL handicappers will find that the underdog and OVER cashed in both meetings a season ago, which is significant due to Reid and San Diego head coach Mike McCoy being involved in this rivalry for the first time.

Expect the Chiefs to keep the ball away from Chargers quarterback Philip Rivers, as they enter this AFC West matchup with the fourth-best rushing attack in the league.

NFL Pick:  Kansas City Chiefs +4 at 5Dimes
