We beat the bookie up on Sunday with a pair of team prop winners from Bovada, and now Monday Night Football beings a few more valuable prop bets. Let’s check out the NFL Odds from Bovada and see if we can cash one more winner to close out Week 2.

Matt Stafford O/U 262 ½ passing yards

The Lions’ offense looked very good in the second half of Week -1, and now they have a tough road test on Monday night as they head into the Meadowlands to play the Giants. New York’s defense is still very good, but their offense looked horrendous in Week 1 against the Cowboys.

We can credit Dallas for some of that, but Ben McAdoo’s guys will have to turn things around in Week-2 because this Lions offense can score points. They have a nice running back duo that can hurt defenses in a multitude of ways, and they have three very good receivers, anchored by the chain-moving Golden Tate.

However, my guy, J.J. Zachariasan has dubbed Kenny Golladay “Babytron,” which people of Detroit reportedly hate, but everyone else loves. This kid is every bit of 6’4 and grabbed two touchdowns in Week-1. If Stafford is getting the ball to all these guys through the air, which may have to happen if they are playing from behind, I love Stafford’s over in passing yards this evening.

Stafford averages 283.4 passing yards per game in his career in the month of September, and he is close to that in his three games against the Giants in his career. If he can keep that going on the road Monday, I like the chances of him getting around 275.

NFL Prop Pick: OVER 262 ½ (-125) @ Bovada
