The more specific NFL team props will come out shortly but there are some interesting values already shaping up. Here are three of my favorite offseason team props in the summer’s NFL odds.

NFL Win Totals
Among all 32 teams there are NFL odds from Bovada that look really intriguing. The Houston Texans have a pretty easy schedule, but the odds on the under at 7 ½ wins is at +120. They have road games against the Giants, Cowboys, Colts and Steelers this season, and tough non-conference home games against the Redskins and Eagles. Don’t assume they will just crush the Jaguars twice either. Houston plays Jacksonville twice late in the season, and by that time, the Jags might not have anything to lose. Rookie quarterback, Blake Bortles might be playing well by that point too. While the Texans defense looks like it might be a very good unit this season, their offense has some concerns. Take the under with the Texans this season. It’s not too hard to come up with nine games they could lose.

Will the Washington Redskins Make the Playoffs?
The NFC East is up for grabs this season. Not only is it the only division where all four teams are capable of winning the division, but it could also be won with only eight wins this season. With that being said, not only is the inter-division play going to be important, but also so is their intra-divisional play. The toughest road game the Skins have this season is on the road in San Francisco. Unlike some of their divisional rivals who have to go to Seattle, they get the Seahawks in Washington DC, giving them at the very least a chance to beat them. With a healthy defense and a revamped offense, the Redskins might surprise some people this season, and they could very well win the division and make the playoffs this season.

My Free NFL Prop Pick: Yes (+225)

Who will Finish with the Worst Record?
There are probably several teams you could play here, and that could be what the sportsbooks are banking on. While it might be tempting to troll your Cowboy fan friends by selecting them at +1600, there is a team with almost the same odds, and much more value. The Buffalo Bills are at +1400 to have the worst record in the NFL, and with how their preseason is shaping up, this is a steal. They haven’t looked great this preseason, and EJ Manuel has been a big reason why. Not only is their young team playing badly, their schedule is tougher than most would think coming out of the AFC East. The Bills have to play the NFC North and the AFC West this season, and the East isn’t a walk in the park either. Only four wins might win this award for them, because the tiebreaker is point differential. With the tough schedule, it might play right into the hands of our play.
