Both the Tennessee Titans and Los Angeles Rams have had big weeks for very different reasons. The Titans lost their best player, Derrick Henry, for the season, and the Rams added one of the best pass rushers of all time in Von Miller to pair up with the unstoppable Aaron Donald.

It's not all bad news for Tennessee, however, as the club has a virtual stranglehold on the AFC South after its recent win over the division-rival Indianapolis Colts. The Rams are looking to keep pace with the rest of the elite field in the NFC.

Here are my picks and predictions for the NFL Week 10 matchup between the Titans and the Rams. (Odds via BetMGM; pick confidence based on a 1-to-5 star scale).

Titans vs. Rams Odds Analysis

As you would expect, the loss of Tennessee's star running back has had a big impact on the spread. It opened at -4 for the Rams until the news broke about Henry's foot surgery. The number has moved several times in the last few days and has finally settled at -7.5. The Rams' trade for Miller probably moved the number even more.

There's been a lot of movement on the total as well, which opened up at 54.5. It was always going to get bet down with one of the most explosive offensive players in the league out and the Rams bringing in defensive reinforcements.

Titans vs. Rams Predictions

Titans +7.5 (-110)

As crazy as this may sound, the Titans' offense still has a lot of potential with Henry out. Playing the Rams at SoFi Stadium is not an ideal first test, however. As inconsistent as Titans quarterback Ryan Tannehill can be at times, he's not a bad quarterback. The Titans heaped a heavy workload on Henry, especially to set up play action.

In A.J Brown and Julio Jones, Tannehill has the best weapons he's ever had. He has done a lot with less talent than this in previous years. Once the number went over -7, I was on the Titans.

Over 53.5 (-110)

There is a very real possibility that the Rams' pass rush could wreck this game for the Titans. Pass blocking has been an Achilles heel for Tennessee. As good as the Rams defense has been this season, they do give up their share of points.

They allow 21 points per game to their opponents and I can see Tennessee finding the scoreboard with a more aggressive passing game. For that reason, I'm on the Over in this spot.
