Expected to battle all season for the AFC South title, it took upset victories last week for both the Tennessee Titans and Indianapolis Colts to enter the win column for the first time in 2022. Check out our top Titans-Colts picks for Week 4 below.

Tennessee, the reigning AFC South champion, started the year 0-2 with an upset loss to the New York Giants and a blowout defeat at the hands of the Buffalo Bills. They then upset the Las Vegas Raiders as 2-point home underdogs last week and hope to be on track.

Likewise, the Colts started 0-2 with road losses to the rival Houston Texans and Jacksonville Jaguars. They got on track with a 20-17 home upset of the Kansas City Chiefs last week and look for two in a row at Lucas Oil Stadium,

Titans vs. Colts ATS Pick

Titans +3.5 (-114) ★★★

Expect the Colts love to grow as kickoff draws near. The general public will deem their home win over Kansas City more impressive than Tennessee's victory at home over Las Vegas, the league's only remaining winless team. However, the Chiefs made many uncharacteristic blunders in Week 3 that cost them the game, and this spread would be much different if Indianapolis entered 0-2-1 instead of 1-1-1.

Kansas City missed Harrison Butker's services, as replacement Matt Ammendola didn't hit an extra point and a field goal. Additionally, the Chiefs set up the Colts twice with good field position after a muffed punt and a poorly executed fake field goal.

There's much more to be optimistic about following Tennessee's win, as the team set the tone from the beginning with touchdowns on the Titans' first three drives. Derrick Henry logged 143 yards from scrimmage and a touchdown after he had registered 107 scrimmage yards combined through Tennessee's first two games.

Pay the slightly extra juice at FanDuel if you can grab the hook, as the extra half-point is much more important.

Titans vs. Colts O/U Pick

Under 42.5 (-110) ★★★

A big reason the Colts were successful against the Chiefs was their 40% conversion rate on third down (6-for-15), which wasn't much better than the team's 32% rate through the first two weeks (ranked 23rd in the league). Indianapolis is struggling with major offensive line issues, as Matt Ryan was sacked five more times in Week 3 and has now fumbled seven times, the most through three weeks since Michael Vick in 2011.

On the other side, it's encouraging that the Titans' offensive line was able to open running lanes for Henry. Still, Taylor Lewan is on the injured reserve, and he's the team's best offensive lineman. That means Henry is more likely to produce the minimal output from the first two weeks.

Tennessee has also allowed opposing quarterbacks to throw for 300 yards in consecutive weeks. But I don't expect Matt Ryan (23rd-ranked in QBR) and the Colts' 20th-ranked passing attack to take advantage.

Titans vs. Colts Prop Pick

Colts Under 2.5 touchdowns (-122) ★★★★

Ryan is coming off his first game with two-plus passing touchdowns since Week 9 of the 2021 season. Before that, he notched one or fewer passing touchdowns in his previous 11 games.

With Ryan's player prop odds unavailable, betting on Indianapolis to be held to two or fewer touchdowns is an excellent play given the club's offensive line issues.
