The NFL odds for this game haven't been released for one reason: Andrew Luck. The Colts' quarterback has a shoulder problem that caused him to miss the first game of his career, and no odds will come out until the verdict on Luck has been given. Consider this: the Colts were favored by -8.5 points at home over Jacksonville with Luck in the lineup. By the time he had been ruled out of that game, the Colts were down to -4 at some places, and that was at home against the Jaguars. Without him, it wouldn't be a surprise to see the Texans favored by a touchdown at home.

Injuries
Of course, this has to start with Luck, who is closer to playing than not to playing. This is a huge game for the Colts, who have dominated the AFC South to the tune of 15 straight wins SU, and Luck would have to be really hurt to miss this game. Also of concern, CB Vontae Davis and RB Frank Gore have foot injuries that need to be watched, but CB Greg Toler has been cleared to make his 2015 debut due to a neck injury. TE Dwayne Allen (ankle) wants to play as well.

WR Cecil Shorts (shoulder) and RB Jonathan Grimes (knee) are going to miss this game, while WR Nate Washington still needs to be watched with a hamstring problem that kept him out of the Falcons game. However, this could be the season debut for RB Arian Foster (groin).

Trends
The Colts have failed to cover in their last five games overall, while the Texans have covered just one of their last five. Indy has managed to cover just four of their last 10 on the road, while the Texans have split their last 10 at home ATS. Keep an eye on the total when it is released, as the Colts have gone under in 10 of their last 11 games.

Indy is 7-3 SU and 6-3-1 ATS in their last 10 meetings with the Texans, who are 4-6 SU and 6-4 ATS in their last 10 at home against the Colts.
